yes, exactly - context matters as the current devs are trying to emulate what the original devs created - and going straight to the original devs for said context is quite literally worth its weight in gold and not RL cash (see what I did there?)

true @Gizmodget . They could take the stance that one is interfering with the fun of many and could be teleported away but that opens up a huge can of worms that blizzard are not staffed or prepared to support in the future.

And what I am telling you is EXACTLY what Blizzard could do about it, even under the original Terms of Service. Even quoting the thread, the page.

Blizzard had their hands tied. Blizzard wasn’t allowed to be omniscient. They couldn’t pry into what guilds or groups did in their guild chat, away from public eyes. Guild chat couldn’t be used against them, because that was part of the whole reason they were in a guild.

The only time Blizzard could intervene is if players weren’t in the same guilds or groups.
