The purpose of these posts is to encourage them to reconsider their position on protecting your right to cheat while banning folks for using IRL money to gain advantages other ways. It could be pretty easy to prove that blizz has caused financial damage to folks who spent IRL $$ for things like Gold, while allowing others, like you, to use IRL $$ for boxing.
Allowing one class of players to regularly cheat while causing financial hardships on others for doing materially the same thing just sounds wrong.

Then let us put you in warmode against all factions when you multi-box. But hey, you don’t wanna do that cuz if you start getting ganked for screwing up others playing experience, it will hurt your bottom line.
Hypocritical. On one hand you say the game is competitive, but when a real solution that requires you to be competitive comes along, you whine about it.

It doesn’t make any sense though. Who here is arguing wether it is or isn’t allowed? If someone was, I could completely agree that posting that makes sense.
Example… I have never argued multiboxxing is cheating or that it isn’t allowed. I accept it for what it is. Generally speaking, MOST players do, even if they don’t agree with it.
Just because blizz has a policy that allows it, doesn’t mean we cann’t voice our disagreement with this policy.
Great example actually. Just because taxes are required, doesn’t mean everyone agrees with them. We can’t even agree on how they work, so the laws are constantly changing relative to how you pay and what you need to pay for.
Just because something is law, doesn’t mean people don’t protest it. And guess what… laws change.
You’re missing what I’m saying.
The majority of people who have issues with multiboxxers would go away IF they changed how nodes worked. We saw an explosion of multiboxers in legion after they changed how nodes worked. Before that, multiboxxers were still rare enough that it didn’t both most players. Now though… it’s affecting how we play the game on an every day basis.
There is some of that for sure. There are also threads like this one who are looking to garner support for mulitboxxing… The multiboxxing crowd loves antagonizing players so these threads will keep happening.

Wow, I was so caught up in my threads, I didn’t even notice the others. Whether you believe me or not, Blizzard can easily see that those posts weren’t all from me.

I always argue with them. Its cheap entertainment.
I still take that advice to heart. Only thing I buy from the AH is the occasional random mog appearance that isn’t as easily farmed, and the number of random drop appearances I don’t have is rapidly shrinking.
The reasoning is just different. Used to be because gold was scarce, now it’s so I’m not paying for the subs of industrial scale farmers.

but any one that’s willing to go out and gather the materials to sell and save others the time investment on such have their work devalued by the multiboxers because the multiboxers have less obligations and more resources, the multiboxers are the ones monopolizing the market and making it so other’s can’t really make use of it outside buying things
