The ship is sinking, will you stay on board?

I don’t think that could ever possibly happen, unless the government finds out that Blizzard were funding terrorists or something.

THE SHIP SHE"S A SINKIN!!!

Bored now.

This almost feels like the arguments of team Sylvanas vs. not back in BFA. Maybe with the big fat reality check Blizz is being handed, they’ll come to their senses. Or yell, “y’all are nothing” and fly off in golden banshee parachutes.

My guild has fallen apart since the lawsuit with so many people quitting due to being disgusted by the actions of people at Blizzard.

Most likely I will join them, but I’m still not 100% decided.

Hype is their only tool.

Their main goal are box sales, they even said it with warcraft 3 reforged news from few days ago on bloomberg.

I’ll play as long as there is content for me to do. When there isn’t, I will let my sub drop and pick it up again when there is new content

There is no drama about, there is not much to think about it either.

I don’t want MORE content more often, I want good content as often as possible, even if it’s less often.

That’s precisely what’s been happening the past several years.

I will do what I have done for the last 16 years… play until I don’t feel like playing anymore. Then I will let my subscription lapse. When there is new stuff to do, I’ll come back.

Any allegations will be handled. Any new allegations will be handled. Hopefully the victims will be compensated. These things happen in every single company and I don’t have a solution to stop them outside of my own actions.

I mean they’re still putting out hotfixes, which was last updated 3 days ago. It’s obvious there’s still some people on the team

It hasn’t been obviously dying though. Now it is.

I will be like that band on the Titanic. Playing till Leo’s body freezes over and we can use door raft with what’s her name.

As it has been every year for the past decade, according to the forums.

Tell you what, when they actually pull the plug, I’ll worry about what to do next.

I’ll go down with the ship if need be. I find this moral crusade somewhat dull, I personally don’t really care one way or another.

Any of us as players thinking of quitting are not going to hurt those higher up that were involved in all of this or those that weren’t involved directly but turned a blind eye to what has happened over there.

However quitting will most likely have a far more negative affect on those decent employees there , some of who may be victims of what has happened . I am choosing to stay as a sign of support for the later group . My $15/month may not be much in the grand scheme but is my way of saying I support those hard workers.

Hopefully lessons will be learned such as allowing drinking in the work place is bad for productivity and that will stop and hopefully that will cause an improvement in the product. Also I would hope the ending of such a practice would go far towards the stopping of female employees being accosted in the work place there.

It’s absolute bull that people haven’t been arguing it’s “absolutely dying”. They’ve been doing so since Age of Conan and Warhammer Online came out.

You don’t care about sexual abuse? Cool cool

Yeah, I’m still trying to get some pets/mounts to drop.

My billing cycle ends in 8 hours but I’m out for for a couple of reasons:

  1. I teach high school and it will be the first time back to full rooms in over a year. I want at least a month to focus on my job and staying away from WoW will help for that.

  2. The content right now isn’t worth the subscription cost (in my opinion). SL, much like other expansions, is about the Endgame, and there isn’t enough of it for my main, and too much junk to dance around on my alts.

  3. The Story is puttering. Tons of retcons while villain motivations/actions are either unexplained, stereotypical, or dumb.

I’ll be back because I do love portions of WoW, I’ve invested a lot into the game, and I want to see how it ends, but how Blizzard carries on determines whether I’ll be gone for a month, until next expansion, or somewhere in-between.

It’s also going to the abusers too.
