The server tokens don't seem to allow me to transfer to a different server

Hi guys,

I bought the bundle of 3 server transfers, and I can’t seem to use any of them. I’m trying to transfer characters from WRA to MG. Can someone please let me know when this can be fixed? It’s been 2 days, and needless to say it’s very frustrating.

It’s currently an known issue.
