Even if the argument you are making is true, who cares? It STILL remains the case that RDF is used for leveling, and for irrelevant max level content that isn’t challenging at all and can be done on autopilot. It doesn’t work for anything beyond the most basic, entry level content.

No, it just means that it came in after all the major content was out. Which is much more relevant to a discussion about how intrinsic it is to the expansion than the duration of time it was in.

If all the content is already out when a feature meant to help early progression is released, then clearly that feature isn’t intrinsic or necessary in the scope of that content.
I sometimes go back to EQ, but found even their tlps are too new. I prefer P99. Also prefer EQ PvP -free for all. No I join the Horde, never fight and brag how great I am. It has its place.
So because something can happen on a PvP server, PvE server have to suck it up. You will NEVER death grip me, I will never be flagged. I dont play a PvE game then try to PvP inside of it
How about we just keep no RDF in your PvP servers? That way you can be yourself and people like me can do our thing and never have to deal with players like you?

As a casual, I used to troll the people using the term “Wrath Babies” because Not only did I start playing WoW day 1, I started MMORPGs with EQ in 99 and did the heroic version of leveling. WoW players that couldnt hang in EQ complaining Wrath made things too easy but bragging about the casual MMORPG that was WoW Vanilla

My guy, you’re not standing in lava waiting for people to show up so you can deathgrip them. Its not happening and we both know it. DKs having the ability to heal themselves under certain conditions does not negate the fact that you are not standing in lava.
