Everquest has world PvP, you just don’t want to lose everything you own to a player who out gears and out skills you, you’re the biggest carebear the forums has ever met.
parties are not the same in this warped version of wow as they were back in the day. When you formed a party back then, you often ran the dungeon over and over again with the party cuz everyone had just wasted 30 mins-an hour trying to get the party and then get to the location to do the party. You wanted the most for the time wasted, and dungeons were the best way to level fast, so why wouldnt you want to rerun?(plus more gear). Now everyone just bails after 1 run. Def not the same experience
Classic Wrath is NOT the same as Retail Wrath
Classic wrath is retail wrath. Loot bags for tanks and healers from Cata. Retail lfg tool and retail mythics.
you often ran the dungeon over and over again with the party
Exactly!! The point was a leveling party. Those are long since dead.
But with RDF it was common for groups to go “This party is great, want to go again?” when you queued into an RDF with players you synchronized well with, and that should be the experience we can have again.
How enjoyable do you and other RDF queuers find the gameplay
It’s because we enjoy the game play that we want rdf. We want to play the game, not spend time looking for people to play the game with.
Ah yes, RDF is why the overworld is so bumpin in retail
Ah yes, RDF is the reason Retail sucks. Not the content being unfun, not the dog turd of a story, not the fact that it’s been in a content drought for months now as it prepares for the launch of its next expansion, nah all of that stuff doesn’t matter it’s just RDF alone that makes it bad
/s, since you said you can’t tell sarcasm
You just wanna 1 shot people 50 levels below you.
Holy stupid hyperbole batman.
You know only 70s can kill direbrew, right?
Couldn’t agree more 100% bumped to the sky
Pro-RDF want lower effort, lower commitment, lower intrinsic value content for high extrinsic rewards.
Wrong
Anti-RDF want higher effort, higher commitment, higher intrinsic value content for the gameplay itself.
Wrong
im pretty sure theres more people who want RDF than not
Well… You are wrong I must say
How can you say that for sure, though? According to frequent community-run polls, pro-RDF is the majority, and it’s not close
Of course, community-run polls hardly mean anything as they’re only a percent of a percent of the actual playerbase, but it’s certainly more than the anti-RDF has supporting them
None of us know, we are talking out of our butt if we claim a “majority” for anything really.
Truthfully, I think the actual majority opinion is “I don’t care just let me punch Arthas in the face again already”
Pretty much.
I I like the game the way it is, I just don’t complain, most of the players that actually LIKE the game and don’t want/don’t care about RDF are playing… People talk when they don’t like something, if they do they just play and leave the forums appart
half way is end?
If that were actually true then why do we get just as many new topics on the daily, if not more, against RDF as we do for it?
For a lot of people, yes. Not everyone played all 12 months of a content drought.
Truthfully, I think the actual majority opinion is “I don’t care just let me punch Arthas in the face again already”
This… Go online, play and enjoy the game… A simple tool can’t affect u like that it’s just a stupyd dungeon finder… We have it, it’s just not FORCING me to play with X player… I T A L K , use the keyboard besides of smashing it on pvp u have letters u know.?use them to chat with other players
