The Plague Event is fine. Period

Also it’s not griefing by definition because that is how the game is designed. Bombing the AH with the Hakkar virus was griefing. This event is literally DESIGNED for you to infect other players.

Yes I played the original. Big fan actually. Thought it was the best event Blizzard has ever done.

They don’t need to bribe me to participate. Its going to be an enjoyable event that will talked about for years to come.

Don’t care what you call me I’m gonna enjoy the event just like I did last time it was great then and it will be great now.

Plague event is fine as long as I’m not force flagged pvp. Period. Zombie players should be able to kill you, but not force you into flagging.

Here here!

The biggest issue with people who don’t like it is because other player are the ones killing you. When you turn into a ghoul you can kill anyone.

ITs a pre-patch event made what 10 years ago and is a copy of that event? Why not just wait for WoW Classic - Wrath edition like it should be and give us a new one for Shadowlands? Wait what? Shadowlands is their cheap attempt to rip of Wrath and try to get some subs back and this just shows it?

Like I said, wait for WoW Classic -Wrath edition if you wanna see it. Otherwise, why not just bring back the AQ event next week too? I mean who cares at this point…

You were in the minority then. As I said, it was even cancelled early because so many people complained. Or did you forget that?

I mean can you imagine what the portal room is going to look like? Blizzard has made the two major cities into travel hubs and they are going to be a lagging, crashing, people being DB mess. All to relive a bad event from the get go.

Deal. Alliance screwed over the Horde on my server and i missed the Black Qiraji mount because of it. We had a server agreement to launch the event on Friday at 6 PM server time and the Penny Arcade Alliance screwed over almost everyone else by starting it at 2 AM on the previous Thursday.

Right but… That’s what the entire point to the prepatch event is. You’re meant to feel hopeless against the plague, and you’re meant to kill everyone in said plague. That isn’t griefing. That is literally the point to the pre-patch event.

You do realize that we aren’t really getting anything that new to begin with. We got access to allied race dk’s for an expansion that is literally dealing with souls. They could’ve done all sorts of things with a new class if they really wanted to, but instead gave us the ability to just make allied race DKs that would be coming in after the fourth war. We also get to hang out with yet another Lich King because crazy ol’ sylvanas decided to break the helm and open up the world of the dead…who we get to see old npc’s of in this ‘new realm’ that hasn’t yet been touched on until just now. There’s no reason they can’t decide this prepatch doesn’t fit this theme either… It was extremely popular for multiple reasons…

If it fits the narrative for the next expansion, sure, who cares?

Then don’t play during the event or go to a different city

I agree they should do an event where we can infect people has Vampires per Venthyr, and the city it swarmed with Rabid Vampires killing everyone and everything.

I hope this event won’t be canceled. Like I said I enjoyed it and hope I can enjoy it for much longer this time.

Unless there is something that I desperately need to auction, I think I can survive without capital cities for a bit.

nobody ever listens too the bunny-moo!
Gosh darnit people, Nobully the posters!

Go to the TBC capitols if you want to do that. I doubt people are going to be regularly going out of their way to screw with them.

Alternatively if you have a brutosaur/Garrison AH/or are an engineer, there’s even more alternatives.

i will be actively helping restore order.
So if you see me on wyrmrest feel free to point me at the deadies

Honestly, I would give much more value to that because at least its original.

How about each of the covenants having a way to do this and have the covenants compete?

What? You’re going to … do something… about it rather than just sitting and whining?

What a novel idea. (for the most part I’m planning on doing the same thing)

You can have memorable … that is good. And you can have memorable of “I never want to experience that kind of event again.”

I mean … I’ve broken my leg. That time of recovery was memorable. But … its not the kind of thing I want to repeat!

And then I remember my first date. That was also memorable, but it was the kind of event that is worth repeating. Well, dating that is.
