The Plague Event is fine. Period

No qualms. No gripes. No argument.

It’s awesome that we get to experience unique one of a kind timed events that tie in with the story.

It’s something that doesn’t happen everyday, it won’t last long and it’s a great time to have fun and make memories.

Too many people get tied up in everything else and forget that this is just a game. The goal should be to simply have fun.

So, no “opt-ins/opt-out”, no “certain server exclusive”, no special treatment or any of these other random complaints. Just enjoy it.

Remember, timed events like these are things that folks are able to look back on and talk about for years.

So go make some memories with plague zombies!

Yea, it’ll be fun!

Just like how girls reject me and pretty much pick on my sexual frustration.

:face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Okay maybe I went too far, point is I’ll have fun with the event. xD

I have all of those things.

  1. Ugly outdated bosses dropping ugly outdated gear is not a reward. If I wanted that trash I’d farm northrend raids.

  2. Disrupting the cities Blizzard has decided to gut all the other cites to funnel everyone too is unacceptable. Either make Orginmar and Stormwind safe, or let other cities have basic utilities like portals and transmog.

  3. The PvP element just straight up should not happen. If I have war mode off, then the absolute worst any other player should be able to do to me is steal my kills. Period.

Or, get this, your idea of fun does not perfectly match everyone else’s idea of fun, so you shouldn’t insist that your fun ruins their’s because you want them to enjoy your fun instead of their fun.

Yeah I think this is fine for a temporary event. It’s meant to be memorable.

No thanks. I don’t consider it to be fine. it was a mess back in the day, and it’s gonna be worse now.

I must have missed something… what is the plague event you’re talking about? Is there a blue post somewhere someone can point me to?

indeed everyone who is against it can just not play the event is temporary and so the demanding of getting rid of it should be ignored for now.

I agree. This is a videogame and it’s supposed to be fun. So try to have fun. If this event isn’t fun to you then you should feel right inline with how boring BFA has been.

The wrath zombie plague is apparently ravaging the PTR.

(i haven’t witnessed it personally, it wasn’t discovered how to trigger it until after I had logged out last night and I have no intention of logging back into the PTR until it’s gone)

the entire thing is opt in.
you can choose to not log in during the event if it’s going to traumatize you.

and yet here you are, proclaiming that your fun is more important than everyone elses.

Ah… I was not playing the game when Wrath was around so I don’t even know what happened then

I just now noticed your Guild name Nyaria and it made me laugh quite a bit, which is precious these days on the forums! Thank you!

Also this is the new hot fire topic in GD I see! :fire:

Its a boring and pointless minigame. An annoyance at worst since open world is basically dead anyways, but still boring and a waste of time if you ask me.

They told em to turn off warmode if they didn’t like pvp and most people did so now they gotta force em to pvp another way.

wait people are complaining about it XD

and your more than welcome to not join people like you complaining were the reason it got canceled last time and everyone was mad at them.

That sounds like a you problem.

All they need to do is scale the zombies at lower levels, add way more ardent healers, nerf the player zombies hp and dmg a bit, and reduce the lag from the zombies.

yes its best to pretend they dont exist

So because I don’t enjoy the same things you do, I should just be barred from the game indefinitely?

That’s not just selfish, that’s outright psychotic.

But I’m not. You’re more than welcome to get an op in so you can have your fun without interrupting mine.

You are not arguing for your own fun. You are arguing that I don’t have the right to not enjoy it.
