The Plague Event is fine. Period

It’s literally been two generations that this started happening. Because the older generations are selfish and don’t want to stop hording wealth. They’re lazy.

They’re the same people that can’t let WoW have a month long event where everything doesn’t go exactly the way they want it to.

No it’s not. It has been going on as long as there has been older generations and younger generations.

Many have a nasty tendency to fall back on “Oh, you’re just a carebear.”

All to imply that just because you’re not an aggressive pvper, that you’re somehow incompetent, a loser and your opinion can be safely disregarded.

I’m not bashing on pvpers. I know many genuinely cool cats who pvp regularly. It’s the vicious people who resort to insults, mockery and mud slinging as their primary means of defense on a topic. THOSE are the bad eggs among the pvp community.

I’m just glad blizzard is adding RP back to the game in the form of an unavoidable zombie plague

Were you there? It didn’t happen before the last few generations because most people lived modest lives and expected to live modest lives, manufacturing was the main way the middle class even came into existence, now jobs are shipped off by boomers to other countries because they can pay less than the slave wages they pay here. Older generations used to set up younger generations to carry on, now they sit back in their second homes and scream about how gen z is selfish for not wanting to not start out in life in debt.

Not complete safety. Also, you have a quest that requires you land and kill a dozen. Oh, and there are dragons flying in the sky that freeze people in a path.

And if you’re on the ground when there are a bunch around, you’re stuck in combat, thus no mounting, until you can get far enough away. And with their run speed … that can be an issue. So flying is not the “perfect” solution some claim.

However, they ARE making changes. They launched it stupidly with scaling for the ghouls OFF. They’ve fixed that so ghouls now scale to your level. So they ARE making changes. Here’s to them making enough changes so the newer folks can enjoy it without being griefed and treated as another player’s “content”.

" but you don’t know anything about me."

I can say the same to you. You do not know me. You do not know how I got what I have. You assume things because you are angry, and yet your argument is that older people assume things about you without knowing. Am I right?

Yet, you can’t or won’t see me as you want me, to see you. You are jealous, angry, raging…and maybe rightfully so. I started with that, and you went off. If we were on the same project team at work, unless I am the lead, we are the same as we bring different strengths. that is how our projects are.

As far as the attacks go, I mean I guess you never did any? I also made generalizations and you went off as specifics. I did mention generations as a cohort…but hey, I guess that doesn’t count.

As far as this pandemic being the only way my family has had a hard time…not really, it was just the most recent. Good luck, but i am sure that will piss you off so…“go to hell”? might be better?

I voted for Bernie…wtf…???

So because people that don’t like to PvP want to participate in a PRE-PATCH EVENT we have to be ridiculed because we don’t agree PvP only things are fun. Just because you like PvP doesn’t mean everyone likes PvP. Your fun in PvP won’t be ruined by a PvE player playing in PvE.

you mean the frostwyrms that are very high up in the air in northrend, the quest in darkshire to kill slow walking zombies and skeletons?

Mate, those two are easy to solve, and as for the zombies, you can bring them too a healer for easy killing and curing of diseases, they also made argent crusader patrols in city’s to help kill them (they do have more stats than a basic guard)

and i already said i’d be helping people clears streets, so that may have less ghouls in city’s.
plus they aren’t gonna travel far due too how fast a infection is and have no access too flyers

Unless they changed it, if you die and become a ghoul, you’re PvP flagged for five minutes.

Yup. Gankers can open fire on you.

Good luck getting to the sky. You’ll have ghouls all around keeping you in combat and if you DO get to the sky, they can use their item to dismount you.

There are frostwyrms down in Elwynn Forest as well. I’m not talking northrend. I haven’t seen any player controlled ghouls up there. Dalaran, but not down on the ground where the dailies are.

Oh and to take out player controlled ghouls … you have to be flagged as well.

thats weird i never seen a frostwyrm attacking elwynn forest and i was there clearing out goldshire =/

And you can easily turn it back on while in a city like stormwind or orgrimmar.
these honestly sounds like issues you can adapt to either counter or avoid.

Put that education to good use.
You aren’t being very logical at the moment.
Generalizations are dumb.

I recall one in Stormwind and one in Darkshore. I’ve avoided those areas once I did the quest chain.

Forgot to say hello too you Darvile, how ya doin this day?

alot of things are dumb that could be solved by making better education systems

Huh, alright than, ima check again an will let ya know if i see any.

Was I where?

Might be a long respawn time. Don’t know.

Oh and “you can easily flag” runs into one issue.

If an event, on a PVE server, REQUIRES me to turn on PVP to complete … it has already FAILED at being a PVE event.
