I think it’d be fair to put a weekly lockout on each dungeon to even the higher ilevel
Corruptions are the reason. It’s why they’re nerfing the scaling when prepatch comes out so people can still (in theory) do the same level of content.
That has almost always been the case, thougt.
It doesn’t matter how many people I know. What matters is that people can, just like people can carry folks through mythic raid clears.
You don’t have to appeal to me. I don’t make any decisions for Blizzard, lol. But the fact of the matter is that they’re not going to change this loot structure they’ve been honoring.
I’d love to see more avenues for you folks, but your best bet is to come up with something both constructive and realistic that they’d humor, otherwise you might as well just yell at the wall for all the good it’ll do.
Feels like a troll post but you’re not wrong.
If they went that way, to be somewhat consistent with raiding it would be 1 drop per dungeon (1 in 5 chance or 20%) and you are limited to one chance at loot per dungeon per week.
Basically doing a +20 Waycrest drops one 475 item and then that’s it. The party is locked from loot dropping from +20 Waycrest.
And you’d be locked to that Waycrest instance. You couldn’t even run it again to help someone else out.
Season 1 the highest key timed was a 22
Season 2: 26
Season 3: 25
Season 4: 32
People will not be able to do the same level of content people were running 80% vers which gave them a permanent wall
Actually your party is locked into an ID with ALL dungeons at that level.
You need to keep the same group for the others or have someone else join and sacrifice their chance at loot on other already completed dungeons.
If they already completed a dungeon then they just couldn’t join at all.
They’re cutting the BFA scaling by 50% come pre-patch. Doing a +15 is going to be like doing a +10.
Dude, doing a 15 in May was like doing a 7 in previous seasons. I can only imagine it’s even easier now.
I don’t think you understand how much corruptions do, for both offensive and defensive benefit
Actually your party is locked into an ID with ALL dungeons at that level.
Eh, I’d say that goes too far, though I also think Mythic raid should lose that restriction once the top whatever’s are done
I agree it goes a little too far. Raiding is a committed schedule. M+ is for people who have a hard time committing to be somewhere at a certain time
Gearing through M+ is too fast and easy.
The only way you gear super fast is if you intentionally stack your group with your armor type, but you can do the same thing in a Raid way more effectively.

It’s just the sheer amount of runs you can do. You could do 8 hours a day of M+ dungeons all week if you wanted. Even if you fail the timer you’re still getting loot.
If you’re running a guild group then somebody is getting an upgrade regardless of who it is so it becomes a group effort.
Who is completing +15s in the first season?
Isn’t season 1 getting to +10 very difficult?
Is even a single player going to get heroic level loot from their m+ cache for many weeks?
The issue with this is that in order for you to get heroic level gear in one or two weeks you need to be running dungeons pretty much non-stop and beating the timer so you can get the requisite ilvl gear AND the chest needs to drop gear AND you have to have a willingness to completely ignore any sort of meta.
If you can do all that then you deserve to have heroic level raid gear.

You still can lose the RNG game. I ran all day Saturday on my alt (about 13 hours minus 1 wing of LFR and got 2 things
It all depends on how Blizzard wants to tune them, 15 have been compare to 10 in the past, I think is safe to say this is going to be the case
There’s something funny about someone who doesn’t do mythic+ or hardly raids telling people how gearing through m+ should be.
