If NA people are the ones constantly having to deal with all this downtime while EU doesn’t as they NA tests it all so they have less downtime, NA users should be getting awarded free game time otherwise we would be paying the same for less game time which is unacceptable.

Interesting take. So can you list the game breaking bugs we have been dealing with that would cause massive problems if they waited until Tuesday’s maintenance to fix?

This is a fair assessment of a live service game, I just want them to tell us why this has to happen today and can’t wait until Tuesday.

unreal. once to twice a week in the middle of prime time down for 2-4 hours. Literally at this rate ur eating a week of premium just from downtime. They should refund us our premium time during maintence.

You KNOW there are bugs they are working on.
Maintenance is literally expected. But I guess they’d rather complain about the bugs AND blizzard fixing them lol.

The fiscal quarter ends 9/30. The game has been out like 2 weeks and it’s 9/5.
They could have delayed the release a full month and still release in the same quarter. How is that a “rushed release for quarterlies”?
Think of stay at home parents who get free time when kids are in school.
Some people also work afternoon shift.
If I am paying monthly for a benefit at one of the McDonalds, I expect their machine to work. Simply ignoring that one, that I’m paying monthly for, isn’t the answer. Bad analogy. Try again?

Let’s take bets on if maintenance will be extended or not… I say at least 1 hour extension lol.
I understand they need to do maintenance however not everybody goes to school or works during the day. I work second shift. These maintenances take up my entire play time now. 2 days a week at least. I’m basically losing a week of play time every month.

i work, night shifts, i usually cannot play 1 of the 7 days but recently i cannot play like half my days, why do i not have 50 percent off my subsciption?
