You want to bet money on that now…WoD launch was bad I will say that but many players were able to play even with the realms and Blizzard getting DDoS for those 5 days or so…what was worse is back during original Lich King exp…we got a patch called the Calling of the Crusade…not only were we down for 10 hours that patch day but within 30 mins of realms coming up they all crashed and crashed hard…it took over 32+ hrs for most of the realms to come up some almost 40 hrs…nobody was playing during that now…

I get the comments from people who are like “go touch grass” when they work from home or have 9-5 jobs.
When you work 14 hour shifts and on a 6 day stretch and you have been looking forward to playing WoW in your pj’s after doing nothing but working for 6 days. It just feels bad.

i can relate although i have a 8 hour shifts 5 days a week but my shifts are overnight.
The biggest majority do work day shift and or are in school… Most U.S. workers (approximately three-fourths) start their workday in the four-hour span between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.4 Yet, about one in 11 workers reports to work much earlier (between midnight and 6 a.m.).

Exactly. And it’s available 24 hours a day. You choosing not to play the hours outside of your typical play time is simply choosing not take advantage of the “other available McDonalds”.
Your point falls flat. The time you have available doesn’t translate to WoW being available.

The problem is, it went down at 7am PST and it is now 10:35 am PST so as you can see it’s only been 3.5 hours.
