The lore difference between Horde high elves and Alliance High elves?

Those NPCs have been there since the race was released. It’s nothing new.

But if that were true, they still wouldn’t be high elves. They would be Ren’dorei and guess what?

When these people post on the forums with their light skinned, blue eyed elf, it’s not going to say “HIGH ELF” it’s going to say “VOID ELF”.

They are not the bulk of the high elves and still won’t represent the lore of the high elves we fought alongside with on the alliance side. So nope…

the lore difference? void elves separated from blood elves

Kinda surprised you didn’t go for Arator the Redeemer. Sure, he’s a half-elf, but his elven half is pretty explicitly “high elf.”

I didn’t want there to be any doubts.

You win the Good Male Human Paladin award. Congratulations! Feel free to redeem this when anyone is bullying you for your race and class!

Its good cause I wouldnt count Arator, since he’s not a full High Elf, and elves are very racist and wouldnt count him either.

And alliance high elves never joined the horde.

If they give him a new model they can use it for a half-elf race model. Like how rexxer’s new model can and should be used for mok’nathal.

We should have gotten mok’nathal and broken draenei instead of mag’har and lightforged draenei, imo

I agree, broken dreanei should be the void infused race for the alliance while the high elves could have been used as the light reference. But now that I reflect on it back then they may not have had the tools they have now to differentiate the blood elves from the high elves. Unless they took the human model, adjust it a bit and made half-elves instead. But that’s me. mok’nathal would be better then high mountain turean btw.

High elves arent really super into the Light, despite what the high elf fans would have you believe. Notwithstanding the few priests and like two paladins, they’re almost entirely rangers and mages.

Actually there was rumored lore that they where just getting interested in the church of the holy light, that is why ppl has been claiming high elf paladins. I personally think the half-elf idea suits that better though.

Except one problem : )

THESE ARE NOT HIGH ELVES!

They are void elves with a different skin tone! Lore wise they did not make them any different it’s a simple customization in the creation screen lore wise they are still Void elves and light is the exact opposite of void. This has change nothing about the lore therefore they are not high elves. And therefore cannot be Paladins

Just RP that your character isn’t really a Void Elf, it’s not like people haven’t been RPing stuff that they are not for over a decade.

RP it all you want till your charecter turns purple or black and you cast spatial rift with that dark energy from your hands. Mmmmm… such immersion!!! /sarcasm

Do Alliance do anything but complain? Literally given something that makes no lore relevance just to make you happy and all you can do is complain about it.

Simple, really. Void Elf’s (Who retain their skin color and blue eyes) are still void elfs, and therefor remain banished from Silvermoon.

No, but can name at least one Rulen Lightsreap - Paladin Trainer in Crystalsong Forest Dalaran.

All that anyone does on these forums is complain. not just the alliance buddy.

He’s standing right next to Summoner Nolric, the High Elven warlock trainer, but High Elf fans insist High Elves would never use fel magic so I guess they’re both fake news.

still a high elf, your just fighting off a nasty case of the void.
