No clue why you are even arguing these points. Donât see Blizz removing the LFG, Chrono or layers now. Particularly when only a small minority are against it. This thread is the equivalent of yelling at a wall.

1.) Any guild worth a damn is trying to raid log as the content is obviously easy. And if youâre not coming fully world buffed, youâre not doing your part in raid logging. Which means people are going to get the buffs when they can and log out as many, many, many, people only play classic to raid log. If theyâre able to save their buffs theyâre more likely to actually be playing the game. And Gasp this increases world PvP participation Naxx has been completed with 20 people. It isnât that difficult of content. Personally, I think they should remove world buffs once you enter a raid, which would increase the difficulty a smidge by itself.
2.) This one is simple, just make it so you can only change specs while in a resting area.
3.) As you already said, itâs a necessary evil. Unless you want there to be 10 servers and 9 of them dead. I would much prefer all the population be on one server with layering.

Difficulty is subjective. Someone might find something to be tedious harder than something thatâs mechanically challenging for them. All because the raids are easy doesnât mean thereâs nothing hard about vanilla WoW. Have you ever vanished a deathcoil? Reflected a PoM pyro? Had enough gold to buy your epic before 60? Probably not judging by the way you say the game is easy lol. Questing and completing all the raid content isnât the entirety of the game.

Like personally I donât even want or care about world buffs one way or the other, but you canât want people do one thing and then tell them they canât do the other.
One of the other issues that make it hard to argue for or against frankly is we have no idea how they will implement this.
They could very well make it so you can only switch at a trainer/in a town. We only know we are getting it, not what all it entails. While it still could be the same, a lot of the counter-arguments to this are entirely reliant on an assumption currently.
This generally speaking wouldnât happen regardless since even in the assumed version of dual spec, you have to not be in combat for it work.
While Iâm not specifically a âchangesâ or ânochangesâ person, I think this boils down to some people do want vanilla but with basic updates, just like them telling you to go play era, saying effectively âjust go play the other versionsâ isnât helping either.

Why not just get over it? Itâs happening. Dual Spec was heavily requested since Classicâs announcement. Layering is 100% necessary with new server technology. History has proven releasing a bunch of servers at once does not work. Servers die and itâs a headache moving everyone around.
So yeah, welcome to 2024 Classic. There will be some changes, this is not vanilla 2004. If you donât like that, Iâm sure you are very aware of your options.
