Yeah cause blizzard made WoW I enjoy classic wow alot I mainly play classic and yes I am all for Dual spec and instanly mail and no debuff limits. And the Boon SO happy about that cause that was just perfect cause of griefer not even pvper just people spawn and purging and dispelling people world buff then die insantly.
Iâve played classic for years and not once have I been purged or killed. This is just a personal problem you have.
we are getting what we want, you may call it a watered down SOD if you want.
Then your lucky or you dont play on a pvp server or your pvp servers isnt balanced.
I played on Skeram PvP, which was a 70/30 horde to ally server. You just suck at buffing, thats it. To not get purged you simply need trash buffs and other consumes. It seems to me most ppl dont even like classic and just want it to be retailified.
Sure thing man. Hope we see you tomarrow in Fresh. I am playing orc shaman on a pvp server.
You arent even a classic player. Your character is a kultiran lol.
If you dont like it dont play it.
But we all know you will.
See ya at Thanksgiving!
The thoughts of a stupid person who doesnât play ârETaIL.â
Iâm so sorry that youâre pissed off that you wonât get to farm raid spec PVE andyâs going after world buffs for raids.
This game version is nothing like Retail. I would know-I play it. A lot. This version of the game would take years to move even close to that direction. Try that version of the game before saying the most ridiculously retarded things such as
Futhermore, youâre not âallowingâ Blizzard to make changes. Theyâre making the changes that the overwhelming majority of players want to enrich their experience in Classic.
Literally no one cares other than you and your sock puppets (you) about âno changesâ at this point.
Serioulsy though.
You should be forum banned for being this stupid.
Oh my bad here is some of my classic Alts.
This one too. this is my warrior
It makes the game better is not only a valid point but the whole philosophy behind these changes. The devs didnât choose to add those changes out of nowhere or just to irritate a few #nochange andies.
As to the hybrid build example itâs simple. In most talent trees there are talents that are useless in PvE but mandatory in PvP. If you have access to dual spec you can have one spec optimized for PvP and one for PvE. If you canât, then you choose a build that is a bit of both but in the process you have to forgo certain talents that can be important depending on the content you play.
As a frost mage in PvE do I need the improved slow ? The slow on Blizzard ? The improved CoC ? The improved CS in arcane ? No.
But in PvP I do.
Do I need the reduced mana cost on frost spell on PvP ? Nope, thereâs better talents.
If I have to have one spec and no dual spec, then Iâll have to hybridize so it is somewhat decent in both PvP and PvE. Iâd rather play with a clean build adapted to what I do.
So every time you wanna do something apart from raid and dungeon you need a friend to hold your hand ? Great.
Quite a few that will appear with TBC: flying mounts, arena⌠Things that really shift the way the game works.
I still donât get why itâs supposed to be inconvenient.
Pro-boon doesnt mean PvP averse. There is no relation between the two. People donât want to PvP when they have WB on, since they want to keep it for raids. Booning helps PvP since people wonât be afraid to die once they have it stored. If you are a PvP enjoyer you should welcome boons, otherwise youâre a griefer who enjoys making people upset by killing them when they come for their WB.
In many guilds it will be mandatory. Guilds will expect people to come with WB, consumes and enchants. You donât HAVE to do anything in this game. Heck you donât even HAVE to play it if you donât like the changes. But youâll still do it, the same way people will get their WB even if they donât have to.
I sure hope so⌠add the cash shop⌠I would pay for a long boi AH mount⌠oh oh oh and add in LFR and the RDF⌠#MORE CHANGES!!!
My SoD toon this can consider a classic wow correct?
they are on a cata draenei so SOD toons is a big yes
I think it all depends on just how one personally enjoys the game. People enjoy it differently so changes are seen as good or bad depending on that personal play style.
I think the main issue is that the overwhelming amount of changes made in the anniversary edition, and SOD itself, are to cater to raid logging parse loggers. And the more and more they follow that catering process, the more and more they will alienate the wider player base.
But those particular players will defend the changes tooth and nail, and fight against other ones other people might like.
I donât know how you can explain the nuanced take on why dual spec is bad but in favor of dual spec.
Yes, you shouldnât be able to have the perfect set of talents for any given occasion. That is in fact a retail homogenization.
The problem is that you are part of a minority. However rightful you are in asking for a certain version of the game, Blizzard will implement versions and changes based on what is desired by the majority.
Weâve all experienced a moment where changes we didnât support were added to the game. Two ways to deal with it in the end, either we keep on playing or we look for something else.
SOD is completely different. Super fast levelling, everyone is overpowered so everything is super easy.
no, none of the changes announced turn the anniversary realms remotely similar to SOD
I can respect you input and I think I remember your name and you were against it Hard and thats fine as well. But I am not a raid logger or a parse chaser. I enjoy classic cause of the simpleness of the game SoD was ok but its going to fast in my eye. I also plan on going Enchment shaman and I hope I can get a raid spot as a enchment now I may not get it so I will dual spec in to healing cause I will be forced to not because i am wanting to.
