Thank you for speaking up in favor of a no changes server. 5 years is long enough it’s time for blizzard to release fresh servers without changes.

Dual spec as a priest with LFG is a huge win.

Hell, I would have paid $50 to have a LFG tool added for me only if they asked … Lol

If you dont have the time to play classic… why dont you just play SOD or retail? One of the best parts of classic is the fact you need to be sociable. You need to make friends, form groups, and actually interact with people. Retail and SOD are there for a reason.
It’s going to be really really hard to get many people on board with you with this one, especially people who have lived with this for years. It’s kind of just a ship that has already sailed at this point. Make your best arguments against it but I’m telling you you’re just not going to convince Blizzard to remove boons. I don’t think we’ll ever have an official vanilla like version of the game without them.

Reason we got dual spec is because its not a game changer. Believe its a game changer if you want but it’s evident that most players and most importantly blizzard doesn’t agree with you.

And dual spec helps players who don’t want to min/max to have the ability to raid/dungeon without having to spend 10 days played leveling another toon on top of toon on top of toon to even try something different. Regardless your take on it, or Blizzard’s. Stop pretending it’s damaging the world. It doesn’t take away from literally anything. What you’re suggesting will just get people to buy more gold from farmers, thus exacerbating that problem. Very few people these days want to sit and farm for 10 hours to buy anything.

What? If you dont want to farm gold and interact with the world, why are you playing an open world MMO? I’m not here to troll at all. These are simply just retail changes that need not infect a great game like Classic.

Who is hiding the fact that they want to better perform in PvE ?
What’s hard to understand in the idea of wanting to save your WB for your PvE evening so that you can PvP and not care if you die ?
What makes you think that someone willing to parse might be anti-pvp ?
Your ‘arguments’ make no sense at all. No one said chronoboon keeps them from raid logging. It just makes it easier to prepare for your raid. Nothing else.

Healers and tanks can farm and quest without having to spend 50g each time.
I can enjoy playing a PvP spec and a PvE spec without having to spend 50g each time.
It makes my life easier and improves the quality of the game I like to play.
RMT is the issue, not dual spec. If it wasn’t available, most people would play a hybrid build and not respec anyway, so your argument isn’t valid.

There is no argument against PvP when it comes to dual spec. It promotes PvP by allowing you to play with a relevant spec if you so desire. The fact that it isn’t available at start and will (most certainly) only be up when we can tag battleground is a strong argument that dual spec is, in fact, tailored for PvP.
I agree with the potential issues of the new layering system but you have to understand that the size of the servers has changed since Vanilla. Without layer it will be impossible to play, especially at the start of a fresh server.
The answer is simple, because it makes the game better.

“It makes the game better” is not an argument lol. How are most people going to “play a hybrid build” in raid? Is this a real point lol? Give me an example of this insane hybrid build that exists for pvp and raiding, I’ll wait.
Healers and tanks can already farm without a 50g respec. Its called having buddies to farm with you. You know, the entire point of the game?

Sure I’ll grant that boons somehow make buffing easier. Who cares? The game isnt made for convenience lol. Its an open world MMO called WARCRAFT. If you want convenience, theres always retail, SOD, AND mop/cata.
Never once did I say anything is hard to understand. People want boons because they are pvp averse and cant handle a little grief along the way of buffing. Which is btw, how the game was designed originally.
And yes, the main argument pro boon, even stated by BLIZZARD themselves, is so that you dont have to log out. Which again, you dont HAVE to buff at all in the first place.
Or you can go play Era classic. It can go both ways, We all wanted Fresh we enjoy lvling were Bots/Goldfarmers havent ruined the market yet. Some of us wanted some changes and SoD was fun but they were doing everything and that was to much to me. Dual spec will not effect you at all just dont play dual spec but if there wasnt dual spec then yeah that will effect players forced to play a spec other wise have other players complain/ even kick you out of groups. So lets go back back no changes that cant happend. We have better internet and hardware and everyone pretty much knows everything about the game. You will never have the same feeling that you had before. Sorry but its how life goes.

What about the people who want to experience the original progression of WoW as it was at that time? For example, I would like to experience the original state of vanilla and then progress to the original state of TBC.
Ngl this is unintelligible. Era had plenty of changes that ruined the game completely. There is no option for no changes people. Now theres a 4th option coming for people who love sod and retail. Great.

Then dont play server then. This game was not for you anymore cause they been changing and updating the game in 2004 so on. Every update was a change for the game.
