I am not sure if that would work since murlocs are apart of the unshackled.
For the record since you seem to be taking an anti reskin stance, several of these races you suggested could be seen as reskins and jinyu do use the nelf rigging. Moknathal, Vykrul and taunkas all can be considered variants of existing races.
Also the Taunka’s and Hozen who both officially join the Horde of sorts could be said they preferred the original habitats (the colds of Northrend in the first case and Pandaria for the latter), with just individuals of them wishing to go elsewhere to help the Horde (there are some Hozen that appear BFA zones)
As mentioned none of them though actually go to the faction capital to hang out other than Gilgoblins.
They definitely seem to be trolling, or at the very least very set in their mindset and completely unwilling to see things any other way.
Its not bad at all to prefer those races. Everyone has their biases. Its only natural and only human. They just seem to be trying to attack a certain idea. That is where the problem lies.
Yeah.
Don’t understand those folk.
Doesn’t hurt anyone to request the races we want to see.
/gasp!!! Do not deny me my wish that existed long before bfa was even a dream… =(
Never know. They may just be playable someday. In fact, there existence in the unshackled may be the key to getting them in.
it’s a zone. it’s not even the place you’re thinking. hence you shouldn’t even reply to me. (hint) it’s where you find the vulpera.
It’s not. It’s actually the combination of worgen and draenei (the sylvar) you see in shadowlands.
They won’t. You can bank on that. Especially after we found out the already planning to make playable the shadowlands races at some point. they clearly cut corners as they always do and end up with mediocre stuff in the end.
they never said AR system. that’s a BFA thing. so no.
clearly u have no idea what you talking about.
Literally all elves in wow do.
TLDR the rest. please don’t reply more to me. it’s pointless.
Vol’dun is dedicated to the Vulpera, the Outcasts and the Sethrak.
The city the Sethrak dwell in is underneath the sands below their temple to Sethraliss. Which at this time is a dungeon with little more to it than that.
Sethrak are in fact the female worgen model.
Again, it’s a shame you choose to display your dissapointment in this fashion.
They actually did. Going forward the system was intended to make adding new races simpler and they did say they would likely use it going forward for that purpose.
They state that themselves. Go replay Suramar…
They’ve adapted to their situation but otherwise their culture has remained relatively the same.
No they don’t. Their societies largely remain stagnant for thousands of years. Part of their stories is dealing with sudden forced changes. Blood Elves for example losing their homeland and becoming considerably more savage as they tried to survive.
I do agree your view on this is pointless. You’re coming at it from your feelings not truth or whether or not it makes sense. You’re certainly not adding anything constructive to the discussion of Kelfin.
The bumps to the thread are always welcome though.
Kelfin for the Horde!
Those shadowlands races also had their AR ids removed and blizzard said we would be getting more allied races at some point. They just don’t know when.
they never said AR system. that’s a BFA thing. so no.
They AR system wasn’t a bfa thing. Legion also had them.
Even not counting the legion thing, since that was a pre-order of BFA thing, they also said that they would be adding more with the system going forward from BFA as appropriate, that it specifically was not a BFA only system.
Yea. There is a lot of allied race requests. Many which would make great additions to the game. They would be shooting themselves in the foot by not making anymore new ones.
This would be one of the reasons I continue to try to support the races I want playable. You never know what could be in the cards when they consider adding more playable races to the game. It’s worth a shot to continue going, in my opinion!
i fully support this. always wanted the Gilgoblins as an allied race since BFA began, the work as a goblin subraces. i was disappointed when we got the vulpera instead, a race i dont care about. hopefully this does happen.
and what about heritage armor? personally for me, i want the outfit Gallywix wears with seaweed and star fish.
I kinda feel like the Kelfin would wear less… Ostentatious attire.

Its been an uphill battle from the start. I am heavily disappointed by this too. I’d argue they have more reason to join us than the vulpera do and make much more sense in terms of lore and the way allied races we setup. The bright side is that unlike other BFA npc races, these were the only one to actually come, join and hang out at a capital city. Maybe somewhere down the line they may be playable? I hope so someday.

Some good examples of what would work well for heritage armor would be attire with shells, barnacles, scales, ropes and a lot of the common sea based things you see in Nazjatar and underwater zones. Lost my trust level 3 so requesting Fezzy link some things.
Yea. That is a very good example what heritage armor could look like. Only thing I would say is that I think for gilblin heritage armor they would say it should be more things that they could make out of things native to the sea. Scales, clams, some rope is fine, maybe some other aquatic plantlife. Fangs from hunted creatures. Ya know.
Here they are.

Yea. I love these examples. They could extend it to the shoulders and give them shell like shoulderpads and other common kinds of sea attire.
