That’s a good point. I’m currently just trying to bide time and buy only the bare minimum that I need until demand shrinks.
I’m sure you have. And they don’t mean a thing. It’s an automated response. That Blizzard bot has no idea how many people you reported or even what you reported them for, only that you reported “something”.
And my original response was to this… the email says nothing of the kind.
Dungeon mining makes Khorium a joke
just do Crypts/Mana tombs as the tank and make sure no other miners problem solved
Clearly because if there weren’t enough herbs on the server for the population there wouldn’t be enough consumables.
It’s more logic and less math my dude
No one is showing up to raids without consumables. This indicates there are enough herbs to support the he servers population.
And now your counters are insults to someone you know nothing about instead of sticking to the topic, so you obviously can’t stay on track enough to have a reasonable conversation with. Have fun being bad at farming herbs though
If you think bottling is an issue that is another story. Your initial argument spoke to the fact that there aren’t enough herbs to support the 5x people on the server, which simply is not true
Case closed
That’s a circular argument. Of course it can be supported. a) not everyone is raiding and b) those that do raid are forced to buy consumables from the bots instead of getting their own herbs.
So, sure, the herbs are enough, and bots are making money and everyone else is losing it. This produces a situation that requires people to buy gold. Yay?
This is why I am unsubscribing. Sure, the herbs exist, but they are all on the AH.
Consumables bought on the AH brought to you by bots and people camping spawns 24/7.
And yes, there are people who raid without consumables.
You’re right, but this is what happens when you have only a few people working on the game. People who never really played the game, or even understood the game. People who never created the game. People who have to spend months investigating an issue before they can come up with a solution because they’re too afraid to do damage. But alas, blizzards slow response to problems has done far more damage to the game than being over zealous about making changes ever could.
This isn’t anything new.
It was like this during the original release.
You’re getting an authentic experience. It’s why sharding and layering became a thing.
Uh, no. I would love it if my server had an authentic pop. It doesn’t. Not even close, and few servers do.
Maybe if the horde didn’t have an hour q, they would be in bgs and not farming your precious herbs and mines.
Oh great. I have been running around on my alt seeing herbs everywhere. But im a miner and of course, just like you described not a node in sight. But herbs everywhere. I was thinking this server was short of herbalists. So i switched and started leveling herbs. With what u r describing i guess im screwed once i get to the higher levels. Wonderful.
But yes i see the same thing in mining and was thinking the same exact thing. To many ppl and not enough nodes. Nice price for those that are selling though.
Oh boy, not this misinformation again. Any server with 10,000 concurrent players has layers. Any server without layers does not have 10,000 concurrent players.
Not verbatim, but it does address the issue.
There’s like, three horde on Westfall so I doubt that would make any difference. Besides, I thought you were all busy ganking Alliance.
What alliance?
I was about 6 levels in on a re-roll for alliance. Then decided the game isn’t worth it. Posts like this just show me, faction imbalance, population issues, are a problem regardless of your choices as a player.
Ive been scouting for mana thistle for 3 days. Only picked 1 that looted me x1 herb lmao.
Terecone is a little better. I managed to get 1 stack in 2 days.
…and that’s like…3-4 hours a day flying around? (had to long boring meeting at work).
every herb was camped in the last version of this game how do you expect it to be any different? They nerfed jump runs because the outside world was camped and the dungeon proved to be too lucrative.
There definitely was an herb shortage in Classic. The thing about it was, sought after herbs like dreamfoil and plaguebloom spawned in several zones. I did manage to farm what I needed although it took longer than it should have. And at least Blizzard tried with the black lotus by upping the spawn times and locations.
The problem with terocone and mana thistle is that it can only be found in limited areas. Honestly after the black lotus fiasco I was pretty hopeful Blizzard would make adjustments.
There are many other servers with less population. I play on a server with a population closer to Vanilla wow servers. I suggest you do the same if you dislike playing on a high pop realm.
I’m saving everything till SSC. It’s going to be so bad lol.
