Yet people keep responding to his bait…
The S. Barrens are funny because it seems like that’s where they were going to make the Alliance act villainous.
Then they realized the Tauren are Native American coded so perhaps having a bunch of white guys strangling them wouldn’t be the best optics.
But they already developed it so. You still have that but the story insists the Alliance wasn’t at fault and all wrongdoing was done by rogue elements.
And on the flipside the Sludgefields were conducted by rogue elements. Who you confront and kill during the zone’s storyline, ending the whole operation. And I still hear crying over that.
Wish there was more of that, honestly. Even if they want to whitewash it as rogue elements, it was nice when both factions had rallying points and justifications to feed into the cycle.
Also, would be nice if Tauren ever did something beyond get a black eye then sue for peace.
Exactly!! Having a Warchief is the very essences of the Horde! Screw the PC council. We need another Garrosh, Vol’gin, Sylvanas. Tal anu’men no Sin’dorei
The Horde is in shambles. Alliance can easily take over now.
There are ways to get villains offstage that don’t involve killing them or having them turn into cartoons. What they did with Denathrius is an example.
Of course, even killing villains doesn’t guarantee they won’t come back.
News flash, everyone was going around and taking every land they could during Pre-WoW which included the taurens driving the centaurs from both Mulgore and the Barrens. Like that is the entire story of Kalimdor, it was everyone expanding and taking territory for themselves to make their own little kingdoms.
Then, as Zuleika mentioned, the Warsong were completely justified in slaughtering Cenarius and the Nelves over wood.
Or Grom could have swallowed his pride, actually talked to the night elves, tell them their situation and only take what they needed instead of trying to strip mine all of Ashenvale.
The same could probably have been said of the Bael Modan. They could have probably tried to negociate but it seemed like neither side wanted it and now everyone involved in Bael Modan are dead.
At this point nothing can be done about Bael, something could still be done about Ashenvale, unless both sides want a repeat of the Fourth War and we can all be back here in a decade or so.
In other words: me like Alliance Alliance right blue good blue bleuliance like me do am yes.
Yes, the Alliance are the good guys, glad you agree. Maybe the Horde can be too and now that is less Horde and more Alliance lite.
Racial leaders shouldn’t be on it. They should be busy actually leading. Then again, by the same logic, they shouldn’t be with us on adventures.
Speak of the devil.
If the Orcs were victoms of Night Elf aggression, were the Kul’Tirans victoms of Drust aggression?
The orcs weren’t victims. They invaded someone else’s territory and took without permission. I was just setting another blatant logical trap for Captain Bluelove to immediately blunder into, as usual.
to be clear, orcs didn’t know nelves existed until after nelves tormented them for fun.
Tauren probably should have given them a heads up. Or Medivh.
"THE SALVATION OF ORCKIND AWAITS YOU IN DISTANT KALIMDOR, WHERE YOU WILL THRIVE!
…alsothebrokenlyOPpurplepeoplewhoareBFFswithGodsandDemi-godsliveintheforestthere."
While being shot at?
… Yeah, right.
Can you invade territory that you believe to be uninhabited? And why would you ask permission if you believe it’s uninhabited? Who would you even ask?
Just peculiar. Isn’t it?
