Except for literally anyone in the 300+ guilds pushing for hall of fame, or anyone who enjoys playing the game in general.
And theirs enough of them that blizzard felt the need to have a path to cater to them.
You should really stop talking like you know what you’re talking about. You’re just looking really clueless on the matter.
It is a choice to be in that guild.
Seems to be a compatibility issue.
I think a big problem not being mentioned, is that people are PERMANENTLY checking out from M+, with no intention of ever coming back into it. I know I won’t play it no matter how enticing they make it. Same issue with PvP. They’re not game modes for me. Delves are, and so are raids. I don’t see why they couldn’t take the time to make Delve progression to Mythic gear as viable as M+.
it is a choice to be in that guild, simple as. I don’t see where blizzards holding that gun to your head and screaming to get in the delve, thats other players doing it, and you putting up with it.
You’re just as obtuse as the monk.
All ce guilds are going to have some type
Of requirement.
If I want to play the content I enjoy it’s not a choice.
Stop pretending you have a clue what you’re talking about.
See above.
So does anyone doing M+ or raiding. They choose to be in 5 man or larger groups. Or PVP, where they choose to fight other players, instead of the game.
Your point makes no sense. Everyone chooses to play the game a certain way, and there are benefits and consequences to all of those options. Trying to single out “solo” players as if they are unique is just…weird.
If you don’t want to have to do delves you can always come raid with me.
Might be a bit of a step up for you though.
Delves, melves, dungeons, raids… If you refuse to run the same content multiple times (since it’s made to be repetative) it will be hard for you, no matter which content aspect is. People just try to skip too much. Guy is geared for a +2 and is shocked as to why he’s not invited in a +6. Delves are just an extra. I still remember one patch in SL where it took me months to clear the heroic raid without any M+. Now with delves, there is some form to speed up the process if for example you don’t want to run any M+ or vice versa (raids).
It goes both ways for the people saying “I’m forced to do this if I want to do the content I enjoy.”
They made their bed of responsibility on this game. The game doesn’t need to suffer to make that bed more cushy.
Want != forced.
Exactly this. They want to do it, they’re not being forced by anyone but their guildies. I still don’t see where blizzards forcing them at gunpoint into the delves.
Aren’t you on EU though? My east coast US ping wouldn’t be happy lol
Likely would as I assume you’re a three day guild.
I’m not forced I just think the difficulty reward curve is borked for no good reason. If things are going to be this way so be it but if the content has to be disproportionately rewarding to be considered good I’d say that points to a larger issue.
If every single guild I have been in requires it than it’s not a choice.
I get you’re absolutely clueless on how team dynamics work at a ce level where there are group requirements whether it be 8 10+ keys a week or delves.
There is not a single ce guild that doesn’t have those type of requirements.
Snoz and Eliipsis sitting in a tree.
R-A-I-D-I-N-G
It points to the same issue Blizz has had since Cata. Their balance team is huffing some serious stuff.
First off, no need for personal attacks.
Grow up.
If you want to be in a CE guild, and that is what the guild requires, that is 100% your choice to be there an follow those guidelines set for you. There are plenty of CE guilds that do not get involved in delves, mostly because it is a waste of time and the crest / time ratio is terrible.
Also, by your logic, any CE guild that forces players to run M+ would have the same exact issue.
This is not a delve issue, as you describe/present, it is 100% a choice issue on your part.
Sadly I don’t have any Wednesday availability which hurts the availability of ce guilds.
