As many times as you like. What you’re not understanding is that I’m agreeing with you.
i think you guys should raid for your BiS or do mythic+ if you’d rather do that. i think i should do WQ to get my lower BiS so i can solo old content and sometimes do a heroic for lols.

I agree. And so do the raiders that are complaining about Benthic gear.
Pretty much what we all want. We want our progression to come from the content we do. Just like you do

like i said i’m happy at 410 which is below normal and above lfr. which is what i think these things should be for casuals. it’s weird to get heroic level gear for nothing.

i don’t begrudge you your nicer gear at all. we all make choices in what we do in game. i don’t want to raid so i shouldn’t get raid rewards. you guys want to put in more effort so you get better rewards. seems logical to me.

Anyone in PvP after 8.0.
It was an example of how the devs literally broke gameplay.
You said “Nobody stops anyone from doing anything.”
I guess in a way it’s true because it never stopped me.

And again I agree. But I’ve seen some posts from people that want the Benthic system to give them the same ilvl as Mythic raiders and it’s a bit concerning.
you cant PvP after 8.0? Whos stopping you?
what possible logical reason should someone who does WQ need mythic raiding gear? 0.o
edit most of my alts have unupgraded benthic gear and they legit faceroll normal WQ and can hold their own in naz/mech.
In my opinion, benthic gear is fine for getting up to 425 gear.
It’s not nearly as easy to get a 425 piece as people make it out to be.
People are complaining some of the effects are popping up and making this different and outsimming higher level gear.
Honestly, I’d prefer they simply alter the raid gear to be better, than reduce the effectiveness of benthic gear.
At the end of the day, all of this is going to be pointless come 8.3, when benthic gear doesn’t work in the new raid / zones, and item levels probably soar up to probably around 500.

you also dont believe in simming your toon or why people don’t want benthic gear to work in the raid.
From what I know, it was the Raiders that convinced WoW to remove PvP Vendors because “Somewhere” along the lines people deemed them to be “Too confusing to find the vendor”
So yea if it’s mostly the PvE team convincing Blizz to remove PvP Vendors because “You guys” feel you gotta PvP to get certain BiS Trinkets, Rings, etc
Then yes I will be eternally mad at you guys until they bring them back 
ok, so technically you only need raiding gear when you’re raiding… So how about we make your gear only work in raids. Then you have to have another set for anything over world…
I’d be up for that consolation.

i don’t think raid gear should work in pvp. but i see no reason why it couldn’t be used to do WQ and other things like to get ap and stuff.
Bold of you to assume this isn’t going to become a staple of their future content patches. I’m calling it now, so mark your calendar when I come out with the “I told you so” thread in 8.3: there will be some new type of garbage gear that we have to grind world content for that will be BIS in raids due to some similarly stupid mechanics.
