When I open my quest log, I lose all my fps for a few nanoseconds. It is very embarrassing. I did write a ticket, after having done all the manipulations offered by the site. It’s not my PC the problem, it’s clearly a bug at Blizzard. I wrote a ticket and only received a response that I had to wait for. Indeed the master of the game had nothing to answer me. Here is the message I received after paying attention for 36 hours.

Game Master Ixzal here and I can totally understand how overwhelming those stuck issues for your main character would be.
To clarify, a fix is being applied to all game servers that affects all characters. It’s not something that applies to just one character. If this is a bug in the game, it is not something customer service can fix. Customer service cannot apply another fix as this is something the WoW Bug Team needs to do.
The best we can do in this situation as customer service is to forward the report to the WoW Bug Team to let them know that some players are experiencing this issue with the map in WoW.

I can’t play, it’s annoying. I can’t even get a refund for my subscription. I didn’t have this problem the last time I played. This situation only concerns my main character and my only level 60.
I am not writing this in the hope of having help, because obviously it is more rare to get concrete help. Than visited the Shadowlands in his lifetime. All I would like to know is if I am the only one with this problem.
You misunderstand that a bug is something that a GM can fix. They’ve pushed it up to the Devs as it is on them to figure out why it’s happening and how to fix it. So they did all they could do and informed you of this and pushed the issue up the chain.
You’ve got at least three different threads open about this between Tech Support and Bug Reports that I could see at a glance. There are some people who are experiencing high latency for some reason.
Bug Reports will not get you a response, it’s a reporting forum only. Tech Support, sometimes a SFA will pop in if they see something in your report that they can try and troubleshoot.
If you’ve submitted a ticket, and the GMs are not seeing something they can fix, then there isn’t an ETA for Devs to fix a bug. It’s not always something a finger snap can fix. Sometimes it’s quick and easy. Sometimes trying to fix one thing breaks five others.
So it’s not a ‘joke’ that the GM offered you best wishes. They offered you what they could and pushed the issue up the chain of command. It may be something that just fixes itself just like it broke itself somehow. Time will tell, but if/when a hotfix is pushed out, they’ll announce it.

If you want a discussion, you take it to General. Bug Reports is a place to…get this. Report bugs. It’s not a place to poll other players. You can easily see who else is having issues by looking at the forum and scrolling through.
You also wanted to be snide about how a GM responded to your ticket. Imagine how you would have been if they had left you off with a ‘tough luck, pal’.

You’ve also posted about your issue in every thread regarding maps, stuttering, load times, etc. This is a bug report forum. You report your bug, and walk away. If support needs more info from you, they’ll ask for it.
What you’re doing is spamming forums with your problem, which isn’t productive at all:

You may want to edit out both the masked cursing and the not-masked vulgarity. No one is purposefully trying to rile you up, only point out what you’re doing wrong here. But with you unable to post without some sort of keyboard smashing and all, it’s going to lash back and earn you a vacation from the forums.
Break was showing you posting all over the place for something that seems localized to you and you alone, but you persist in hijacking other people’s threads. If it were a Blizzard problem, more people would have it. If it were a Blizzard problem, it would be across ALL of your characters. Not just one.
