Shuttering FPS when I open the Map, HELP!

In game, when I play everything is fine, but when I open my World map, I have a kind of micro freeze for a nano second.
I noticed that this problem only concerned my main character.

I did delete my cache, the interface and WTF files, I also renewed my user interface, I even tried to search online but this problem was in effect on July 2nd. So I don’t know what to do anymore, this problem only occurs on my main character, I have a video that I could try to change it into a gif for you to show it.

I don’t have Any macro, Add-on.
Version : 9.1.0.40120

i said i dont have any addon, i never use this on my life.

I think Zungar is recommending you add a post to the already existing thread, instead of troubleshooting separately here.

The post he suggest to me, no blizzard guys answering it since 2 month.

The forums aren’t for blizzard responses. You want a guaranteed blizzard response, file a ticket. I linked the other part so you’d see it wasn’t you, as you commented, and so you could maybe have someone in that thread reply back if they’d found a solution.

i did on ticket but my god 3 day and no answer, i can’t play!
