That’s a cop-out. wow player give plenty of praise when we get a QOL update. This change they’re making (+25% more damage from everything, everywhere?) is unjustified.

I think it’s important to make the distinction between someone will always hate something, and the same people will always hate something. Just because something changes and a group of people hate it, it doesn’t mean that the exact same people would have complained if nothing was changed.

This is where people are meant to come and give feedback, it’s like hanging about in the lost luggage isle at the airport and assuming that we’re all unhappy and losing our luggage.

Never.

They just nerfed a RANGED Aberrus trinket by 50% because wowhead published an article that melee players would want it cause it was BiS for them, effectively making it useless.

So instead of effectively tuning it so it is useless for melee players (like for instance, making it only function while in a ranged spec), they made it useless for everyone by flat out nerfing it 50%), forcing everyone into farming for the M+ totem from Brackenhide instead.

Yes because embracing reality means I have a terrible attitude.

The majority of threads on GD are by solo players or players that aren’t very good complaining about gear or the game. Or it’s just obvious trolling.

The class forums are 90% complainers being all doom and gloom or people without a clue complaining about class balance.

Im not sure what the complaint is.

Health got boasted by 25%
Mob damage inceased by 25%
If you had 100 health and a mob hit for 10…thats for 10% of your health
If you have 125 health and get hit for 12.5…thats still 10% of your health.

This change didnt effect anything beside healers keeping people alive.

Past season it would take 1-2 Globals to top a players health. Becuaee we could heal so much, the only threat of death was big spike damage. Rot damage and aoe damage wasnt a threat enough to kill. With this increase, healers may take 3-4 globals to top a team. Now rot damage can pose a threat and devs arent reliant on spike to make us worry.

This doesnt effect solo play as the added damage is offest by the added stam boast

That’s what happens when you try to please too many different types of players. There’s almost nothing Blizz could do that wouldn’t make one group or another upset.

Tbh the group they need to stop trying to appease is the solo players. Biggest minority in the game and the loudest complainers on the forums.

It affected mob health as well as player health, you missed that part.

So mobs take 25% longer to die.

Which is especially noticeable in the Caldera Region of Zaralek Caverns on the elites. Especially the Totem Dropping mobs that take 4-5 minutes to kill 1v1 in 411 Gear.

It takes longer to kill mobs so there is an effect when out in the world.

I agree with you there. They obviously want to make a group focused game. Gotta eat the losses and actually go full bore and make something that will be great for their target vs meh for a variety of people.

No, claiming that nobody that gives feedback here is worth listening to makes you sound like you have a bad attitude.

I mean my holy priest still heals fine, I just wish that they’d step away from my major spells needing weaker spells to prop them up.

Sure was. Takes 1 and a half more minutes to kill a old northern plains rare than it did before Tuesday. The rare bird was way over buffed. Way to much healing the pets now. They get hit real hard as of Tuesday.

I mean these are not game breaking things, More of an annoyance more than anything. Same for the regular elites in the new zone also. My trusty Clefthoof is a literal stain on the ground if you do not hit mend pet right on cooldown lol.
