Way too much emphasis on Hit Rating and you have more raw Health than you do Armor (both ~10k). A Paladin wearing only blues can get 2.5k more Health and 4k more Armor. Holy crap you want your Healers to hate you.

If you look at the listed profile then:
3.62% over the +hit cap.
7.20% listed Parry…he will have ZERO…because Spirit Weapons is a 30% threat drop.
4 Unique equipped gems…that have STR/STA…
No AC on the ring.
No listed Profession, which needs to be Engineering for EH trinkets in Phase 1.
4 list Exalted Reputions w/ 1 Revered.
AGI on cloak instead of Dodge.
I could go on, but just look at the helm…STR/STA gem to gain 2 MP5…WTF!?
Shamans have no Defensive Stance variant, no STA scaling, no Kings or Devo vs a boss in a heroic.
Unless you bring at least 1 Hunter, and a truck load of CC, take an inordinate amount of time, and have one hell of a healer willing to slog that out…its going to even uglier than it would be if all that was in place.
