I only play my main so I have 0 echo. We know there are 8 available corruption available everytime and It rotates twice a week. There are total 52 possible Corruption so it took 3.5 weeks ish to rotate every corruption. Lets say on week one there’s a popular corruption like twilight rank 3 for example. Alts that has been actively played could easily buy it but for main, I either have to grind 15000 echo in 3.5 days which is almost impossible or wait another 3.5 weeks. which is another 3.5 behind others. I thought this system is supposed to abridge that issue??? THINK BLIZZARD, THINK!
World first died months ago. Who gets something first doesn’t matter. You people said the same thing about if you died in a vision it was unfair because others would beat you to some arbitrary line you set
There is no way that you have 0 echo on your main. My main has not been able to buy anything and has the most amount of echos. Mains benefit from this the most
my main never collected none of echoes of ny’alotha and is my main witch i want better corruption in it, cause i followed the post saying log your main first so i have non collected any since, them on my main again i think is great but this sucks, i would have like 15000 echoes of ny’aloatha by now…
This is great and all but one issue: MAINS CANNOT GET ECHOES. I have not been lucky enough with corruptions and only recently got a 2nd infinite stars that boosted my dps in raids to being #1, that being said - I also do not have the mailbox mount from visions, so can you please let mains obtain echoes so mains can buy vessels and farm mailboxes for mounts too? And get the corruptions thats BIS for us for raids?
this is way different than it was when 7.3 legion legendaries npc was introduced…
clearly people dislike the system alot and it’s well earned the bad reputation they even make it “rotations” for the corruptions you want because who knows?

So what is the point of increasting both droprates and costs of echoes, and both by same multiplier? Increasing both makes it pointless to increase ether.
And the raid has been out for 4 months ffs. We are orders of magnitude stronger. If this wasn’t end of expac shannagins we would be prepping for a new raid next month.
what’s your point? Is corruption only good for worlds first? When you pug a key or raid, who will you choose from the list? ppl with good corruption or ppl w/o ? no good corruption means no good gaming experience. It’s not a line I set, it’s been set at the beginning of this game.
Mains who had all their rank 3 essences before Echoes were introduced, have never gotten echoes from any of the sources, and cannot earn them. At least not until this proposed change goes in, and those characters will start at zero.
Those would be the items I’d want to corrupt, since they’d be the 455 plus gloves (with a crud one, like mastery) that drop in the vision but don’t have twilight devastation like my 445 ones do.

They are talking about those people that have only played one toon all expac. They made a choice and now are upset they have had an advantage over everyone else and now they have some perceived slight
