Taking a Break until M+ and Raiding changes

That will be a long break.

M+ and raiding won’t have any changes for the foreseeable future.

Dead content are dead.

But you can get more store mounts though.

The only reason raiders should be forced into M+ is to keep their reflexes tight. Else the whole gear aspect of things just seems like an intentional bloating of M+ numbers.

Bottom line, raiding and M+ should be separate.

No one is forcing you to do anything. If you can’t time 10s, you aren’t a top end player anyways.

Bye!

This is ridiculous, nobody is forcing you to do anything, if your guild requires it, that’s a guild problem, will it help sure/maybe, but if you have 2 vs 3 vaults slots and that is what’s holding prog back, then your guild has a terrible mindset and are bad, you would be better off having people spend time not pulling 30% or lower parses. Find a guild that works and stop thrashing in blizz because you tolerate the toxicity of the community. I’m not thrilled with everything but blizzard is slowly making positive changes and has been for years because they do listen and for the most part make decent decisions.

There are constant adjustments, go be bad somewhere else, and stop blaming blizzard for poor community ideals.

The reason Mplus is required is also because of how it can be spammed.

Need that trinket from Arakara? run it till it drops
Need that trinket from Ansurek? kill it and hope it drops for you or in vault

You really should stop embarrassing yourself and commenting on things you really have no clue about.

I’d like gearing to change. I’m over this crafting system and having to spam a million keys.

It is, but you shouldn’t join mythic raiding guilds unless you intend to be a mythic raider, and that means getting vault every week. Nothing wrong with joining a more casual team.

Most guilds just only raid, and do multiple on alts.

It’ll take you 12+ hours each week doing keys if you’re sitting in Dornogal waiting for a group to graciously accept a Warlock into keys. You drastically reduce that time by forming your own key. THEN you get the group you want in far less time waiting in town. That’s just reality for non-meta classes in the M+ community. Join a guild that has players doing M+ every day while doing mythic progression and start building that experience you want. Show how much of a good player you are and that you are worth inviting, but don’t be so condescending that players that aren’t doing mythic progression aren’t worth doing keys with. You’d be surprised at how many players are good at this game that DON’T do mythic raiding. And you’d be even further surprised at how quick they are to help out guildies.

My biggest gripe about M+ is the Challenger’s Bounty. No other affix promotes pugs abandoning keys like that does.

Just join a casual raiding guild and there you go, all your problems are solved

Well look imagine that. It’s another " the game needs to be easy or I’ll just come back when it is" post. For starters no one’s forcing you to do mythic +. You don’t even need to realistically now that delves offer hero track fear at 8. Unless your in a high end mythic raiding guild, which you wouldn’t be here crying if you were, there’s absolutely 0 reasons that you would “need” to do high level mythics. Either way the mythics aren’t near as bad as y’all act like they are. Ive got a lot going on in my life ATM so I havent been pushing hard but I’m doing 8s just fine with pugs. It’s not that complicated. The real problem seems to be the expectation of getting end game gear with 0 effort required which is an agenda blizzard pushed for most of dragon flight. Well this ain’t dragon flight and it’s kind of nice to see that myth track gear on a character actually means something. Accept the challenge, get good, or just quit and come back in season 4 when it’s so easy you’ll be bored in a weeks time. Good luck.

The only thing that’s embarrassing is your rebuttal, I know plenty as to what I am talking about, people are bad then come and cry on the forums because they want to be handed stuff instead of working for it, and like I said nothing is mandatory its a video game… Play your way or don’t play.

Cool story, bro

That’s exactly what I mean.

The “akshully the trinket from raid is 2% better so M+ is clearly bin-tier for gearing” arguments you occasionally see here ignore the fact that gear now is better than gear in the future.

M+ is strong because if allows you to have your character in at least third or fourth bis long before most guilds even touch the content that gives them actual bis.

Yet the survey has found that to be untrue.

And like I said you’re wrong and talking about something you have zero clue about.

And you just confirmed it.

Pretty much, raid being a race and M+ being a ladder means you want M+ gear early for raiding just due to the sheer volume of it and then later in the season the more specialist items from raids gain significant value in M+, as well as just the higher ilvl potential in general.

The whole thing is set up in the worst way possible in that sense.

If your goal is CE, keys are mandatory. It’s really simple guys.

I confirmed nothing, you are factually incorrect.

I’m not incorrect. You’re commenting on things you’re completely clueless about which you confirm with each post.

You clearly have never played on any team sport.
