He did, but his profile has no Mythic raid progress. He could be on an alt character. But since he posted with this one we can only assume.

Anyone can reasonably get their hands on Gilded crests even as just carries, not knowing any sort of deep dungeon knowledge.

Haters have been crying Season over Season that Myth track is too easy to get.
Well now it’s at +10 level, appropriately so. So which is it, it was too easy or now it’s too hard?
Keeping in mind, you 
don’t need myth track gear if you’re not doing myth track content.
It should be at level 10. The issue is the people that struggled to time old 15s are now mad they are capped at hero track instead of getting myth track.

Go find a M+ group or a raiding guild. Often M+ is worse when doing them within your guild. Usually there’s a handful of people that can do the keys and the rest of us carry the others. This is frustrating and it encourages me to PUG instead of play with the guild
This is so spot on it’s wild. Friends are included in this where you have that 1 or 2 friends who are not good enough, but you don’t want to cause drama by telling them because they get bent out of shape so the solution is to just PUG instead.

Had a fire station with a lift station had a pump burn out so replacing a pump so they have bathrooms again.

I am sorry your level of enjoyment is failing you. Truly. Everyone should enjoy what they are playing. Am I a fan of M+? No. Would I love to see it downgraded back to “Heroics” and made into just a challenge modifier again? Yeah. But, what I want is not going to happen unless everyone just up and leaves Mythics. It is possible to get to the raiding level without ever touching M+, it just takes a few extra days:
Delves 7-11 are solo-able and can give items you can upgrade to 626, and then use that gear to run raids. The issue here is the “keeping up with the Joneses” mentality. If you don’t care if it takes one week, or two to gear, there are options. But if you need to be 639 yesterday, then you are creating your own prison of “forced content”.
We have a LONG way to go in this expac, and will not see Season 2 at least until Feb/Mar at the earliest. So you have 3 months to use the alternative gearing path and avoid M+ entirely. You have choices… slower yeah, but still choices.
