There is a pandemic that is spreading across epics. The lower the player base that engages in these as times goes on, the easier it is to get into these lobbies. I know this is the CS forum but the BG forum has zero interaction from blizzard for years.
How can we bring change or awareness to this situation if there is zero possibilities of ever having a conversation to begin with? I am currently in an epic BG dealing with this sync premade community. There is zero reason to even play this BG because of how stacked the odds are against uncoordinated pugs. Sure I can just alt hop to try to get an actual epic game with no premade but your odds of not fighting one during American prime time hours when people are home from work or school is 10% or less literally. Look at the BGE addon in my screenshot. I have done 5 epics today, 5 of them were against premade, 2 of them being this same one.
Will this ever be addressed to bring fairness back to the game or is this the doomed post apocalyptic future of WoW pvp? It makes me not even want to play anymore. Its either deal with this EVERY single day for the hours I can play or wait 30+ minute a queue for rated battleground blitz just for someone to afk/throw/troll and back into another 30min queue from a 5 min loss.
Yes I understand this. Blizzard has not and does not even communicate in these forums or acknowledge they even exist nor do they for the arena forums. How can us pvpers ever get any help or situations fixed, when we can’t even get a chance to have dialogue with a blizzard employee. Threads die immediately on these forums and the only slight engagement to be had on this website are these forums, which is customer support, which I’m looking for…support.
Just because you don’t get a reply, does not mean Blizzard does not read them. Development doesn’t visit the Customer Support forums, and they are responsible for gameplay decisions. The Blues that are here in Customer Support are Support Forum Agents, and they have no involvement with the development, nor are liaisons for the development.
Any feedback that you post here, will go nowhere, because the correct team that does collect that feedback, doesn’t come here, which is the game development.

To follow up on the others, be prepared to explain how, mechanically, you would like the situation to improve. You can’t simply be against premades, you have to have some idea to either discourage or eliminate them.
So they have no direct path of engagement with their employer and the departments necessary for bringing awareness to gameplay issues? Instead the only solution is the essentially post my thread in a dark corner of a unused room in an abandoned building?
that is so incredibly unbelievable it makes me question why I am even a customer anymore lol. You have to understand frustrations of spending years at this point, reporting an issue and getting zero attention to a huge problem that’s getting bigger by the days that go by but constantly seeing delves, raid, M+ get endless engagement across multiple platforms. I think brann adjustments alone this expansion has gotten more attention than PVP in a decade, what a crazy time line I live in.
We can’t even get the devs to buff NPC health and Vehicle health in Epic bgs to compensate player power creep. Instead 1 player can kill 3 vehicles in 1 burst. PVP needs help.
Simply because you do not receive a reply in the appropriate forum does not mean that our Community Management and Game Developers are not aware of the concern.
Unless Community or the Dev Teams have something to state publicly, they do not generally inject themselves into conversations on the forums. That does not mean that conversations about those concerns are not taking place.
While we appreciate your efforts, Moonwings, this matter falls outside the scope of Customer Support. Sorry.
