As I said, our policies are reactive in nature, so other players would need to report the violation for our staff to review it. If they review the reported chat and find that you had violated our chat policies, they will apply the penalty based on the violation and the history on the account.
For example, if you were to be penalized for the first time ever, you may only receive a temporary silence for 24 hours. If after that point you violated policy again, you may be suspended from the game for a short duration. The length of the penalty is cumulative and will stack.
