You’re ok. It was the first day that was allowing multiple large chests. Anyone farming zones wouldn’t have known and are now suffering.

I got suspended for one day without any info on it. Wasn’t sure why until I saw this thread. I farmed a few keys with friends thinking it was working as intended as a slow farming method to make up for failed keys. Some guildies did it too, but none of them were suspended so I’m still not sure whats going on.
EDIT: Friends weren’t suspended either even though we did it as a group.

Do you know what the threshold was? Like if you opened two chests you might be fine, but not three?
I’m curious about the “one day” while other people here say they got more

I opened like 5 or 6 since thats all I needed to get the extra key. One friend opened the same amount as me and the other opened like 10-12. Guildies farmed a ton, but I’m not sure how much they did since I never asked just saw they have level 5 cloaks with visions left over.
There was an exploit that allowed infinite looting of a cache inside a vision, that could be reset indefinitely for more mementos.
The threshold seems to be one per zone because I opened one each and didn’t get a ban but a guildie opened more than one each and got banned within 5-10 minutes of opening the extra
Failure to communicate and they decide it is easier to punish honest players for not knowing the caches was limited.
It’s always the dishonest folks that ruins it for everyone else.

Does anyone who got suspended have a cloak level of lower than 5 as of yesterday?
Mine is only 4. We failed one run and did the farm to catch back up to everyone else.

So basically it was to good to be true, you did it anyways and now are scared you are going to get a deserved ban?
I would assume after opening maybe 1 extra you would be aware you shouldn’t have been doing it anymore and something was probably wrong. Lol.
When people were farming it seemed as if it was intended, if you were just farming normally. Those who were using the actual exploit, sure, but for just killing monsters and getting random drops? No

I got almost 3 keys just from doing the quests. I didn’t farm anything. The only reason I didn’t open them all was because I got lazy.

Deserved ban? Deserved ban is when they tell you and you do it anyways. This is a undeserved ban cause they didn’t tell us nothing.

Why the hell can’t the CM post something on the launcher or anywhere?
This is the last straw I’ve had with this company. IF it were just a few bans I could understand. Simple mistake.
But the report of thousands? Which is seemingly accurate? They really think all of those thousands of players are secretly l33t exploiting hackers?
This is a joke. I’ve complained a lot on the forums. But this is just it for me.

How was I supposed to know if it was too good to be true? Like it still wasn’t easy to farm the fragments solo… it was a slow method… also, they hotfixed it yesterday, and rather than banning, wouldn’t it be fairer to just remove the currency from the players?

So you have to be told that something that seems to good to be true probably is and you should stop doing it?
This is just like the exploit where people were killing the rare on repeat and everyone came in acting like they didn’t know they should be doing it. Really.
