My experience browsing these forums overall is that 90% of the time, it devolves immediately into condescension and trolling. Examples being “Apparently you cannot control how you type.”, “Just so you know, the action will probably be a Permaban.”, “It isn’t a good idea to play coy on the matter.”
All of which is counter productive. Disagreement isn’t the same as invalidation.
I was willing to gamble that it would be among the 10% of healthy conversations.

I’m not going back over your list because you’ve been answered quite well already.
You have two different issues here.
Warnings - no, even WE cannot see what they are about until they reach the point of becoming a ticket. The whole point of them is that you be mindful of what you may be saying do it doesn’t get to that point.
Sanctions - are lifelong on the account…and stack…and get progressively longer with subsequent infractions.
All this boils down to two basic things.
Don’t use profanity - at all - not explicitly, misspelled, masked or otherwise.
Be civil to each other.
