So yesterday at the end of a m+ on my warlock i got disconnected with the suspension screen. Cant play my account until may of 2025. So i checked my email. Unauthorized Account Access… Which is completely false. I travel for work. A lot. Im never in 1 spot. And i have multiple computers. I have ticket receipts of hotels ive stayed in. Everything. And i get nothing but AI generated responses for the tickets i create. Which is an absolute joke. Ive played this game since 2005. I have multiple accounts. Ive spent a lot of time and money on this game for me to be treated like this? Ive traveled for work for years now and its never been an issue. But now all of a sudden i get suspended till NEXT MAY??? This has got to be some sort of joke.

We can’t help you here.
If you got that long of a suspension there’s more going on than just where you are logging in from.
Working away brings to question is this, is the internet you are using a safe secure one? I really feel if on a shotty connection there’s chances this can happen.
But, as another mentioned this is GD, yes people seem to think this part is where you come for that but you realy need the CS part of the forums or file an appeal.
Again though, sounds like you got alot more going on than you are willing to say here and shouldn’t anyway seeing as you got a 6 month,could make it longer if not perma.
No matter how long you’ve played has zero bearing. Your actions while on those do though and it really sounds sus.

I was customer service for Barclaycard for less than a year (never doing that again).
The number of times people called up being like “but I’m a loyal customer who in 15 years never yaddayaddayadda”
Lady, the rules don’t make stipulations for being a customer for a long time, you missed your payment again, you already had your courtesy late fee removal, pay the $35. There’s nothing I can do more than transfer you to a manager who’ll say the same exact thing.

In our experience on GD, there is never negative wrongdoing. Something happened for sure to cause this problem. I look forward to the blue post which clears it up.

The way this is worded, it’s like Blizzard has reason to believe this person was sharing their account with something like a levelling service. Which is highly against the ToU. I don’t work for Blizzard so obviously I don’t have access to the data, so I can’t confirm anything. But it feels fishy to me, especially since they had a “ready made explanation” that they are often told to use by these people.

Doesn’t surprise me it cops the same punishment as a bot then.
There are so many reaponses to this thread that indicate they only read the title and not the actual post.
OP, post this in the CS forum. Nothing can be done here. While all you can do is wait on appeals tickets, the CS forum blues might be able to give you some insight or escalate the ticket.

Yes it’s technically not the same thing but the punishments are the same. Whether the OP actually did this or not, I have no way to know. But as I said their “ready made explanation” feels fishy, and Blizzard obviously has reason to suspect this kind of wrongdoing.
Either way, nothing can be done on the forums, all the OP can do is submit an appeal and see what happens. But they don’t do these kinds of actions lightly or without investigation. No, they aren’t going to show anyone the proof they have.
