Thanks, my 800 posts could’ve been avoided with a Bandit/Vera video.
Nobody is happy to be right about blizzard reintroducing a solved problem. I envy your optimism

Weird way to say “new tech has emerged.”
Look how far Jaime’s pet is from him in the video though
Another bit of clarification: Blade Flurry’s range is not based on where the target is. It’s based on where the Rogue is.
Salt to the wound: We have a Blade Flurry range increase talent and it stacks with Acrobatic Strikes. Very silly.
gotta further inflate the post count of course
Not possible to resist.
In conclusion, turtle works completely fine, and completely fine means that things go through it after you cast it. The list of things that go through it sometimes isn’t published anywhere and is super straightforward and consistent. But also yes, all of the things that go through it were always precast before you cast turtle, except not really.
It deflects direct attacks and casts, yes? DoTs and AoE still goes through, yes?
Blade Flurry is an AoE, just an unconventional AoE.
I thought we had made progress.
If the dot was already there before you cast it yes. You don’t get cleaved with trick shots. I don’t know about sweeping strikes any more.
How many more hunter threads do we need where everyone tells the hunter we get you’re squishy but you also fail to use your defensives properly/understand how they work
If they fixed flurry vs turtle in SL, it seems silly to call it intended now
Pvers even use turtle to stop the vast majority of ground effects. Seems like a bug to me
It’s not exactly the most intuitive thing, but still it’s avoided by hitting button when funny green bar mostly full.
No no no
I press defensive at any point I deserve to live
Why does alter not full heal if the first press is low hp!?
Your sarcasm suggests it doesn’t actually do that?? How have I been losing to mages all this time then
As a wise man once said:
Reroll Paladin.
I’m a little Paladin, short and stout!
Here is my hammer, here is my mount!
When I’m in trouble, I scream and shout!
Pop my bubble and hearthstone out!
Towards proving buggy interactions with turtle that aren’t explained by latency or things already in-flight when you cast turtle? Absolutely.
I tested blade flurry incorrectly. You’re here making the argument that that bug still existing is evidence that turtle works properly. Think about that for a moment.
