I am not able to submit any support ticket, i got a spinner turning without any answer.
Any one is facing the same issue ?
It’s a joke when you have an issue and the tool that’s supposed to help you does not work …
Try a different browser is first thing you should try.

I already asked others persons to try and it does not work.
You can check your self
What have you done to try and get tickets submitted, if you haven’t used a different browser then that could be the problem, have you tried using a vpn? Can you submit tickets through another device?

It is possible the ticket submission system is down right now. I know there are website updates going on.
