Hi all,
I’ve been trying to create a ticket to deal with a problem I’ve been having regarding an account lock for a tech-error. Everytime I write up a ticket and click on submit, nothing happens. No loading, just the submit button greying out and then spinning a loading wheel for ages. It’s frustrating that there are no other ways of getting in touch and the issue means I can’t access the Hearthstone account that I have had since its launch before its next expansion comes out.

It’s because they don’t know their own system. Hell, I could design a website better than what they have up!
Just move on and go do something else, they don’t care.

I’m having similar issues and I think I’ve found a way. I don’t know if it works in every web browser but it worked for me with Firefox.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN
Here’s what you have to do:
- You need to open a private browsing page (incognito or whatever)
- Go to battle.net then scroll down to the end and click on Contact Us
- On this page choose Customer Support
- Close the pop-up asking for your info and then click on Account
- Click on ''I would rather categorize the issue
- Choose ‘‘Not listed here’’ this is very important or else the system will ask you to log in
- Again, click on the blue Contact Us button
- Fill out the form as needed and press the Submit button and voilà
It may take a few seconds to a few minutes until it submits but it works
I can screenshot the email I received confirming the ticket submission.
