Yes we understand your gain is the pain of others, like we have explained before this is just wrong.
Multiple characters of the same class with different covenants, like I explained.

Which is what people did in Legion.
Wrong. My gain is not having to do that nonsense just to get normal groups.
Go do your multiple chars then have fun with it
Hate and spite, yes like always.
What is a normal group? Be prepared for raider io to put covenants in it. Or for people inspecting you and kicking you.
Cool they can put it on there and if I have the right one I will do the content if not oh well. And you can level up multiple characters. What you can’t do is impose covenant swapping on everyone else because you like it.
No one would have to swap, just like many players today don’t swap their talents or specs.
Having a flexible system doesn’t force you to change anything - it would just give people an option to change if they want.
If you pick “wrong” you’re going to get declined/removed from the group anyways.
Exactly the point
So you’re opposed to covenant swapping, you would prefer that everyone just exclude you instead because you made a bad choice.
What you are advocating benefits no one. Including yourself.
You can stick with a covenant, nobody force you to change.
That’s a solution I guess? Why does this matter then anyway that other people can change?
Lol no they wouldn’t. Only the min maxers will have that problem. You want to remove your issue and make it worse for everyone else in exchange.
here ya go
The idea of covenant swapping would not in any way impose that approach to anyone that doesn’t want to swap.
I play from a role-playing perspective, and I want the covenants to be swappable, even though I plan on staying loyal to my first choice.
Nothing forces players RP/Casuals to play how they don’t like with a swappable system.
Because he wants other people to be miserable. That’s far more important to him than whether he’s actually having any fun.
Another lie
That’s what I keep pointing out, but that person disagree with it. Atleast Crimsonrayne tells it like it is.
Thanks. So he’s afraid of being forced to change his covenant in order to do… what, exactly?
People want to be able to change so they don’t have to make multiples of the same spec
Precisely - this is the joy that many of us like Ralph, Argorwal, myself, and apparently Oniana get from the system.
Making the system allow for free swapping doesn’t get in the way of how we want to play - it literally forces others to play how we want them to play.
This is the benefit for us.
And I don’t want to have to change, so why is it ok for them to not want that but what I want magically doesn’t count and means I want min maxers to suffer? No it just means I don’t want to suffer.
For anyone not familiar with the word in question, for this discussion:
