Unfortunately, the overall issue we’ve seen for the last couple of months persists. The investigation has indicated why it happens on occasion but a more permanent resolution is going to require some updates that may take some time to fully implement.
If you are able to post I’d recommend posting in the Website Bug Report forum. Not specifically to report the bug, but doing so provides sample accounts that are being impacted.
The troubleshooting steps Sendryn can be helpful. Also using a private browser or browser in incognito mode sometimes works.
