Just finished setting up my garrison and headed north for the first quests and dc’d as you leave the garrison area. I tried to relog several times with an instant dc entering the world. I tried to unstuck my character…Vindictes on the Moon Guard server…using the web tool and it did not help. Hoping a CS can help…teleport me anywhere in the world…of warcraft.

I should note, there is a issue with Garrisons at the moment that is being looked into, where if you leave the zone by the north side you will be disconnected. Leaving any other way seems to be fine.
The Character Stuck option should allow you to get unstuck, but avoid leaving through the north for now.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately nothing worked including the web based unstuck. I even tried to delete and restore the character but the instant DC remained upon entering the world. I decided to delete the character permanently since it was a low level. My situation is resolved.

That feels a little drastic. You could just use a manual stuck ticket, so a Game Master can move the character.
I guess if you already did so, then it’s done. However, in the future, there is usually an alternative available.

If going downhill and get disconnected…
Restarting the game is now required… will not reconnect using the Reconnect button.
Back up also works… no second disconnect.
I see this in reply is in Feb, it’s now July close to 4 months later and this is still an issue. Is it being looked at or is this just the game now. Just came back after a long break and can’t complete the quest to get supplies due to this issue.

Longer then 4 months just avoid flying north from the garrison for now.

Some bugs don’t have easy resolutions and may require a lot of other work to be completed first before it can be resolved. I don’t know if this is one of those, but something that causes you to disconnect tends not to be something that the Game Developers go… well, looks like that is how it is…

I avoided the North Side and just tried to enter my Level 2 Garrison, normally (the front way and not North) and still got DC’d. Little frustrating. Especially, the last time it happened to me, the “Character Stuck” service didn’t put me at the GY. Thankfully, I was able to Garrison Hearth.
Only “sure way” I can enter/leave my Garrison is through FPs. I grabbed the Talador FP near that quest area, in Shadowmoon Valley, at the water, so I can FP back in.
I thought it was a Level 2 Garrison thing, but it happened to me with a Level 1 Garrison, too which is worse, when I haven’t collected the FP, yet.
