Warlock character Debbs is trapped after teleport into Dreadscar Rift for Legion Warlock quest on Bronzebeard realm. “Hearthstone” and “return to graveyard” feature will not work as I am stuck in falling position. I also attempted exiting the game and going back in and even a script to get u unstuck. Upon trying to use support options to move character I only receive an error code.
Does this also include using the website support pages, specifically,

Yeah, I’d give a different browser a try and see if that helps. At what stage is it giving you that error too? Is the site loading you a list of your characters? Or is it failing before that?

Still running into the error code, It occurs after I hit “unable to move” and click which character is stuck.
You would not be the first to report issues trying to use the Move Tool I’m afraid.
I wonder if this might be related to a routing issue they’ve been tracing down for some people. Basically, parts of the site and game work while others can’t be reached due to issues on the net.
Are you able to try using a VPN by chance? There are some that offer free trials that you might be able to use too if you don’t have one. Google can help find those.
Basically, the VPN will take a different route and may work better for you.

That’s my thought since there’s been a few people reporting the same issue when trying to make a ticket.

Guess I’ll see if I can use a VPN. Hopefully it will make enough of a difference.

Not sure what happened but logging in I’m moved now. Not sure why this time was different. Maybe something finally went through?

The system is supposed to move you to a safe location when it detects an issue with logging in. It doesn’t always happen though, which is why the Unable to Move option is recommended. Not sure why you were having trouble but glad to hear the character is on solid grounds once more.

I got a similar issue with my hunter, was jumping around on Mac’Aree and accidentally fell into the ‘void/twisting nether’, but now it crashes my game within two seconds of loading…
