Falling through the floor

I’ve been falling through the floor for about a day now on my character, Cordolis on Emerald Dream. I jumped down from the transmog vendor towards the Warfront stuff, and the floor didn’t stop me. Now every time I try to login, the game crashes after about 2 seconds of falling.

Every time I try to open an “Unable to move” ticket, I get this error message:

Back long ago there was a spot in Stormwind where you could fall through. I actually have seen weird things like this happening before. You can’t be the only one.

You can file an unable to move ticket from an alt or from the website, if this isn’t resolved by now.
