this on both chrome and edge, whenever I click “continue” on stuck character service portion it loads for a bit, then goes right back to the same page.
I also tried in-game on a different character to the same thing.
I can’t log into my warlock (this character, Sartharia on Mankrik Horde) because every time I do I get disconnected immediately due to me being in some slime thing (in Icecrown in a necropolis, I flew from above into it and immediately got chain disconnected)

Same here – I just fell underneath the ground when exiting from the heart of azeroth location after taking a teleporter there from the nexus and no matter what I do I cannot use the unstuck feature on Firefox / chrome / mobile
Additionally this problem existed for me last week when I got stuck in drak’tharon keep on classic wrath
The service just does not work
I’m currently stuck on this character with no way to fix
Tried making a new character on a totally different realm to see if I could do the unstuck from in-game on that character (no addons enabled) and nope. Locked out due to these services not working 
Happening on this account too, just wanted to check and yup, the self-service tool is broken
I’m assuming there’s no reps here until normal business hours - does this mean I’m locked out of playing until then? Really sucks since this was the one day I had a good amount of time to play and get caught up

I know someone else was having the same issue earlier. Mind you, there are no GMs nor Devs on this forum at any time, so unless folks are also posting in the Bug Reports forum - the staff that can do anything with this data aren’t seeing it.
One of our SFAs (the only kind of Blue poster on this forum) did provide a link for the other players earlier, when the basic troubleshooting didn’t clear up the issue. Now. Word of caution. Submitting a ticket - the estimated time given will likely read 15+ days. This is an estimate based on the oldest ticket in the system. This is not the actual wait time. There is a backlog of tickets and they are still taking way longer than normal with a 6-8ish days turnaround time. That still is a long time, yes, but it’s not a two+ weeks-long wait.
I would suggest going ahead and putting a ticket in to get it in the queue. And then I would alternately keep trying and keeping an eye on this forum or any hotfixes going out. I too will try and keep an eye out to ping this thread (if it doesn’t get combined in with the first) to let you guys know if there has been an update or fix pushed out.

It would be one thing if the automated system that fixes this worked - but tried 3 separate browsers and multiple accounts in-game to no avail. And now the one day I had off to spend a good amount of time catching up with my guild in order to raid Naxx is ruined because there is no live chat and their automated system is broken. Extremely frustrating to say the least and makes me not even want to play now since my guild is benching me due to not being raid ready (majorly due to this bug and not being able to get caught up).
If you’re still not able to get the self-help page to work after clearing your cookies and cache, try your browser’s incognito/privacy feature.

Tried on microsoft edge, tried on google chrome, tried private browsing on google chrome, tried on safari on my phone, tried private browsing safari on my phone, tried in-game on multiple characters on this account, tried on a different account, tried releasing and renewing my IP… it doesn’t seem to be on my end.
Character is still stuck.
EDIT: I was finally able to get it to work - by using the EU webpage for character unstuck versus the US one. https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/wf/wow/586/834/submitted
Why that works, I don’t know.

I actually have this issue too. Just started this morning. I been trying all these solutions. Using the unstuck feature on the website/ in-game especially the EU instead of NA. Even put in an actual ticket which I am not sure if I did correctly since you can no longer view your actual written tickets. Even tried uninstalling and Reinstalling. Still nothing.

If you made it through the full process and got a ticket number at the end, it was lodged and will be answered as soon as it hits the front of the queue.
If not, you’ll want to use this option to get it handled quickest.

All I see are the attempts I took to unstuck my character using the feature. I don’t see any tickets where I wrote it out. That is the issue I was referring to. I tried writing 2 tickets since I thought I made a mistake on the first one. So I followed the same steps and wrote a second and nothing seems to be logged.
