Addons are only required if you need to have it, to help someone else to do something or if you won’t know where you have to be without it.

I can’t comment on what a marathon runner needs to succeed to complete a marathon because I haven’t done one.
You have no parses in mythic raids. You have no cutting edge achievements. You don’t know what mythic raiders need to accomplish their goals.

You are out of your mind. Default party frames do not tell a healer in a reasonable way if there is a bleed or root on an ally. If you play a class that has the ability to dispel bleeds or roots, which you are on one right now, you need that information the instant it happens, or you are not a good player. Not everyone is in voice. Game should never be designed around what a small percentage of players use to communicate.
Any decent healer will also need to know who every ability is about to be cast on. The game does not reasonably give you this information in a way that you can know it and react to it instantly. You have to have a targeted spells weakaura pack to not be trash. These are only two examples. There are countless others.
Kind of as worthless as you ranting about what mythic raiders need when you’ve never done it either/

At that level, you’re already above 90% of the player base. And realistically? People are going to be one shot, because it’s a cast that’s has to be stopped, and not brute force healed through.

Nobody needs DBM.
You have a brain, memorize the attacks.
You do not need TMW or weak auras.
memorize your own cooldowns.
You dont need to adjust the UI
Everything is there for you to see, if you open your eyes.
Again, I use plenty of addons. Im not knocking those who use them, either. I am just saying, tehcnicalyl? Not a single addon is required to play the game.
A CPU? A monitor? THOSE are required.
