It’s a crime that I appear as a dracthyr when forum posting.
Heavily considering changing my Priest to a Dracthyr if only for some mobility and an interrupt. Those racials are massive for the Priest toolkit.
I just really love wagglin’ though.
I decided to give being a Dracthyr a whirl - they have a Blood Elf form with more customizations and I can stay in the visage during combat. So that’s cool.
It’s like being a Blood Elf, but with more abilities, and a lizard form!
Too bad you can’t pick to display your visage on the Forums. This lizard face is going to take some getting used to.
After Arcane Torrent was nerfed and the silence removed, I only used the Blood Elf racial if every one else in the raid just ignored their purges.
And it really pisses me off that Blood Elf Males don’t have the same facial hair customizations as Dracthyr and Void Elf Males… even though they share the same rig. For some reason, Blood Elf Males can’t have just a mustache , their mustaches are tied to chin hair.
My Blood Elf Paladin has been my main this expac, so it’s not like I gave up on the Sindorei entirely. And As long as I am in my visage, it’s like being a Blood Elf, but with more customizations and the ability to float around after knock backs.
It’s too bad you can’t wear your signature top hat on the Dracthyr model, I feel like that’s very on-brand ‘Cursewords’
He looks great though! I love the green for Warlock especially!
When I heard Dracthyr could become warlocks I had to make one myself. It’s only like the 8th warlock in my character list, heh.
The appearances and options are far and away above blood elves and so many other races.
I love it. A dracthyr that cosplays as a Blood Elf is even MORE of a blood elf. It’s a blood elf by choice instead of birth. He lives as a blood elf and tells everyone he’s a blood elf.
If I had posting priviliges I would show my Dracthyr too.
Anyone hype for next week? Dragon Age is on the way and I will make my city Elf as pretty as possible.
I’m still on the fence looking at it…
Still not sure if I get it. So many game are coming out, or as expansions or events in the once I already play, that I’m not sure how to even keep up!
Trying to force myself to see how can I grind WoW event transmogs… my brother and a friend already got discourage and told me they wait to see if Blizz give more medals weekly as they deem it to grindy! BUT I KNOW THE TRUTH, they actually want the transmogs but DON’T want to grind for them because they want to play the other games that have come out! lol
I don’t blame them.
Anyway I might get the game later on, I been a fan of Dragon Age since its first game… Will see, I think this week or next Sonic and Shadow come out. I promise I play that with my nephew and brother… and be reminded how a Hedgehog got to do and have all the powers and abilities before Demon Hunters in WoW. lol (joking)
Yeah the grind is too grindy.
The way I feel about Dragon Age is unseemly.
I love that dang universe (and Mass Effect).
And, like, even my least favorite Mass Effect and Dragon Age games have still delivered me so much joy that I have precisely Zero point zero qualms about going for Veilguard.
Time? Now that is a problem. I got peer pressured into working for some friends this winter, so my quiet winter of video games and working out is shot. Also, the puppy is entering teenage dog bolt headed stage and is also at a good juncture for serious search training. And there’s training available for ME, too. Both brewing and fire/ems.
Also a lot is going on in WoW and I have some competitive instincts wrestling towards the fore.
And also Hades 2.
Yes, it is a good time to be Sledgehammer. Somehow I never get bored.
Dunno if anyone here has heard, but there’s a World Of Warcraft documentary coming out on Netflix sometime today called The Remarkable Life Of Ibelin. It’s about a man with a muscular disorder who died IRL, but his parents received letters from his online friends who later attended his funeral, then the parents learn about his online life. It has really good animation using the game engine. The story itself is also true and emotional. Seems like it’s worth a watch.

My left arm is numb after surgery. So this is what Faerin feels like. Or at least before she taught herself to do everything with one hand.
Edit: Of all topics to troll me about.
No.

My favourite part about the skelly costume is that he has little shorts on that look like jean shorts. It’s like I’m some BBQ skeleton dad on vacation, all I need is some flipflops and some shades to match my cool jorts.
Forsaken are stupidly hard to mog because of their dumb back problems.

one of the few races which look better in robes as a default imho. i found the dorito-chip chest for the males really hard to get around, to say nothing of the bony bits
Imagine how absolutely COOL you could make the rest of the playable races ingame if they had a FRACTION of the customizations Dracthyr visages came with as a default
The hair color options alone are gorgeous
Still a pretty sick mog though, IMO. DK plate on UD is just a no-brainer, the exposed bones always add a nice touch.
I’m still salty they kinda messed up the shoulder placement on female UD when they updated the models, it’s the only one that makes me miss the old school model, even if the new customizations are nice.
Same. They nerfed male shoulders back in wotlk too.
That really makes it harder cause i hate seeing the shoulder bones when the shoulder armor is floating eighteen feet off of them.
