Storm Sigil Vendor

Is anyone having issues receiving gear from the storm sigil vendor Rethelshi in Valdrakken?

I went to buy a 2nd identical primal infused weapon and the vendor took my storm sigils and I didn’t receive the 2nd weapon. Very unfortunate seeing how you can only get the storm sigils once a week.

Yes, this happened to me too. It seems to have consumed the epic version of the weapon instead of the rare blue version. It consumed my sigils and the 385 weapon I already purchased with 7 sigils last week and gave me another 385 weapon. The weapon I purchased previously was taken out of my mainhand slot, so now I am just left with the one 385 weapon. I opened a ticket but the wait time is 7+ days, which is terrible.

Happened here too.

I opened a support ticket, and I am frustrated with their response. They just resolved the issue and said this:

Same here. I opened a ticket and got the same response. 7 storm sigils down the drain :frowning:

Same issue, I bought 1 dagger with sigils last week and enchanted it with a fairly expensive enchant. Today I farmed the last few sigils for a 2nd dagger, purchased it and it did not add a new dagger, but rather replaced my enchanted dagger with a new one.
Same reply from @BlizzardSupport, they closed my ticket as ‘resolved’ with some links to some articles, and clearly did not even read the ticket. I’ve reopened a new ticket with the original ticket in the text, but not holding my breath.

I just had this happen to me too, used my sigils and didnt upgrade my second weapon I tried to buy.

Exact same issue happened here, one handed weapon removed from character & placed in my back pack, also removed the enchant, bye bye 5k gold plus 7 storm sigil’s, ticket sent in, SO annoying after all the farming to get them, & unbelievable that they don’t just refund the 7 sigil’s, virtually no effort required to action it from their end to keep paying players happy, especially after all the time & effort put in, I know I won’t be letting this go easy, I’m sure they count on people giving up easily, come on Blizzard, you can do better.

I re-submitted my ticket with the hopes they will actually read it instead of instantly closing it. Please keep me in the loop with what you find.

It just happened to me… I thought I was going crazy. My sigil are gone and my off-hand weapon is still at 359 while my main-hand got “upgraded” to 385 a second time.

I opened a ticket. I’ll keep you posted.

Had the same thing happen to me last night. Consumed my already 385 sword for another one. Put in a ticket but not looking good w/ the 7 day wait. Definitely frustrating.

I have this same problem. Submitted a ticket, and it was marked resolved and I was given an automatic reply with articles that did not help. Nothing was done to fix my items in game.

Yup same issue, same response. Would really like to see blizz respond to this. It’s an easily repeatable bug.
