Technically, you can upgrade your game. So it can be an mtx if you want it to.
You don’t care for cosmetics, everyone who uses transmog more or less disagrees with you. Oh wait, you transmog? Why? It’s just optional cosmetics…
We know what it is, but if he is going to call 20 bucks a microtransaction for a transmog then the 20 bucks extra for a mount and transmog is one as well.

I think the worst part about the store transmogs is the people who will make others feel bad for liking, purchasing, and transmogging them.
…Are you seriously that daft? Why are you trolling? They added a transmog tab, they wouldn’t add a tab if they weren’t planning on cranking them out, probably more often than mounts.
Also it’s the first one they’ve added, obviously they’re not going to add 10 at once.

Maybe I should have started 30 minutes ago.
It’s actually an even better argument to criticize CE items, because they are typically relevant in-game to the content of that expansion. Gating them behind a paywall, “for content that should be in the game” is even more valid in this case, then say, a stupid fairy suit.

One item on the release date of an expansion isn’t bad. Armor sets that will constantly being added like they do with mounts is terrible.
Huge difference, but I guess if you want to play dumb…you do you.

If you want to make a case for mtx being predatory, or how it is used in a predatory way,

Once again, you’re pointing out something that was literally created this expansion. Obviously they’re not going to put 50 toys up instantly… more like, mounts? There’s a plethora… obviously trolling or perhaps honestly lacking common sense. 
Your primary argument was its not fun to pay for something you can earn in game.
When I point to CE items, which are also behind a paywall, you excuse it “because it’s only sometimes.”
You also likened this behavior to murder earlier.
Ergo, murder is okay only if it’s once a year.

Re-read it as many times as you need. Releasing an item on the release date of a large sum of hard work in celebration for the expansion is fine. Everyone enjoys celebrating.
Constantly adding armor sets, mounts, pets, & toys purely to charge people $20-$25 each is not okay. Common sense, get some.
Yes, adding a something extra for people who want to support the game after they put a lot of work into making an expansion is okay. Moving items from the game to the cash shop and trying to get $20-$30 from your customers who are already paying for everything else, not okay.
Use some common sense, buddy. It goes a long way.

You’re right. It’s not going to ruin the game, but it doesn’t make it worse either. This one armor set isn’t months of development time that could be going somewhere better suited. It’s probably 1 artists trying to flex some of the new armor features and not having a way to showcase it other than putting in a promotion for fun. It’s like getting mad about the Wendigo Woolies because their “state of the art 3d slippers”.
If I like something, and like the way it is obtained, I will do the thing that it takes to obtain it. If it’s 20 bucks, I’ll drop 20 bucks. If it’s quests? I’ll do the quests.

Yo it’s one armor set. Is there other store Transmogs they released in the last week that I missed? Unless you mean the eternal travelers set which is once again… optional. But the price of the edition that includes it is the same price as any other expansion has been.
Better watch out, you might suppress them!
