Some of the store cosmetic items reset when used as transmog like the Murloc backpacks and helms. Some of them I have to remog every time I log in.

We have received multiple reports that this appearance can disappear from the appearances collection, as well as from any item where the appearance was applied. The appearance usually re-appears in the Wardrobe after some time, but can disappear again.

We currently do not have a workaround or resolution. We appreciate your patience while our developers are working to resolve this.

Most recent status is that the developers have reproduced and confirmed the bug and are working to troubleshoot the root cause.

Cosmetic helm mogs purchased from the shop are missing

This is indeed intermittent. I stand corrected - apparently we have been able to track down a cause and reproduce. Yeah!

i notice this bug happen when you have multiple disconections(3) in a short time
