There’s a difference. Gdkp isn’t a hassle for the organizer. This is going out of my way to most likely not get paid.

Here it is. Running dungeons and raids with the intent to sell loot bannanable.

Winning a roll in a raid, and saying 500g if you want it is bannable.

Messaging someone who won a roll in a raid you lost the roll on I’ll give you 500g for it" not bannable.

Getting messaged please carry me through arena I’ll give you 50g, not bannable.

Boosting in dungeons not bannable.

It’s like selling and buying weed. You can buy that all day every day if you’re 21. Selling it is a different story.

Yes I understand that is the interpretation. You are not a blizzard representative, you cannot say that is the correct interpretation with any weight, they easily could. Obviously, people are buying and selling items like Hoj, Reed, etc. They don’t think they are doing anything wrong. Thus it is not clear to everyone.

I don’t do any of those things for gold. So, it does not matter to me, in that sense. It matters to me because the solution to confusion is so easy.

If selling things like HoJ was against ToS they would have made a blue post clarifying it by now due to the massive amount of people doing it.

You could say the same for logout skips, but I’m pretty sure those are on the side of exploit. They just haven’t done anything yet. Probably because of the sheer number of people doing it. And they don’t have mitigation in place yet.

Gdkp made it so you can’t play the game normally and was a net negative across the entire game. Asking for carry never did that.
