The amount of time may be subjective but the fact that it is based on time is not.
Oh, so people can decide for themselves how much time they can play and still consider themselves casual. Got it. Well, we got there in the end. It just took a little time, but I’d say we handled this pretty casually.

Not really. What’s viewed by the community is that two night raiding guilds are casual raiding guilds no matter then difficulty they do. The guy using time commitment as an excuse for their lack of success saying they aren’t isn’t true.
