Why? Because money comes from most players, not a minority of tryhards who are mad at covenants forcing them to learn to play without stacking meta/fotm and roflstomping through content.

During all expansions of any Mmorpg there’s a huge number of players joining but the majority leave after a month, that is a fact of mmorpgs, your goal as a dev is to keep as big of a part of those returning/new players and shadowlands will absolutely achieve this.

Which is clear proof that the high end isnt their priority, they are making a game for the RPG community, not the tryhards who dont give a damn about the game and just want to beat stuff.

Thankfully I feel shadowlands will be an improvement in that area because many of those toxic people will have to adapt and learn to be sub optimal at situations because the majority wont level 4 of each, especially not in the era of 1 piece per m+

The threads this dude made got all the same people you see in these threads going, rallying against the 1%ers, only to be wrong on basically every account despite getting hundreds of people involved in the “down with the raidy bois” rhetoric yall are doing
